Hope they weren't also trying it limit your cardio as well?

Yes they were trying to limit my cardio and what you guys suggest to me by doing five one hour cardio session in the gym while I am preping for nationals is a better option plus I am happy with that.

are you planning to seek vengence on the trainers/gyms that have wronged you by stuffing you around and putting your health at risk etc? and what do you have in mind?

also good job on firing that faggot trainer that knows nothing, gym rat is the PTs of all PTs and hes gonna ass f*ck Auckland at the nations and regain his title as mr Olympia New Zealand.

Damien, what McMass told you was absolutely correct - he was trying to help you. As I said to you after your first competition, it takes time to learn how your body responds in a competition, and if you keep changing trainers, they'll be starting from scratch each time.

If you keep bad-mouthing your old trainers, no-one will want to train you.

Quads today

leg extensions 2x20 23kg,41kg, 5x10 77kg,83kg,89kg,95kg,101kg

Leg press 3x20 5pps,6pps, 7 pps

Smith machine hack squats 5x15 80kg,90kg,100kg,110kg,120kg  

bb squats 4x12 70kg,80kg,90kg,120kg 

db walking lunges 2x50 12kg's,15kg's

treadmill 60 minutes 

Had a good session this morning which took just under a hour to train quads. My quads were starting seazie up on in the last few minutes of my hour long session of cardio .Had to hold to the screen plus I had to dig deep as well. Looked like some like some old dude when I got off the treadmill. Was thinking at the time I need a Zimmer frame. Stopped drinking for the rest of my prep for nationals . After I notice and learned that my third cup of coffee with my afternoon tea was keeping me awake and finding it hard to get off to sleep. Changed over to a tea that doesn't have any caffeine in it . Will be having a heavy back train tomorow with one of my co workers

Since I am six week out from nationals and for every rep that i do between now and my last session in the gym before I fly up on October 9 th . Will think NZ,NZ,NZ etc same kind of concept like when I was preping for the pans.
