how much are your wages for 2 fortnights?

Rather not say, Got my shuttle booked for when I fly up to Auckland for nationals. Thinking of making a list up for what needs to be done between now and October 9th for when I fly up to Auckland on October 9th. Was thinking yesterday can't remember when I had three trips away in one year

Shoulders and hamstrings

 

Rear delt shoulder press 5x15 30kg,30kg,30kg,40kg,40kg

arnold press 3x15 15kg's for the three working sets 

DB lateral raise 5x15  15kg's for the five working sets

up right row 3x12 50kg,64kg,72kg 

rear delt row 1x6 52kg to 25 kg for the six drop sets

single leg seated leg curl 5x10 27kg for the five working sets

seated leg curl 3x10 50kg,54kg, 59kg

super set 

DB rdls 3x15 20kg's, 22kg's , 25kg's

walking lunges 1x30 steps 

high leg press 3x20 3pps for the three working sets

Single leg press 4x12 80 kg for the four working sets

Had a good session this morning which took a hour to train shoulders and hamstrings with little rest in between sets . Picked up my plane ticket for when I go to Auckland for Nats from flight center. Was feeling the cold at work during lunch even with five t shirts on,one jumper plus my hurricanes jacket under my shirt for work. I had to put on another jacket on to keep me warm.I would have to agree with Michale knights post about doing more cardio for Nats plus Nats are a step up from the pans. One thing I can not get my head around is that my trainer wants me to have a cheat meal once a week until I am four weeks out.

You won't win looking like you did at the pans bibby... Might be time to change your trainer bro?

Sounds like a good idea plus I have not heard back from trainer after it texted him this morning and asked about how much protein that I should be having each day while I am prepping for Nats by the sound of it I am screwed again and I don't take that kind of stuff when other people screw me around.

Or do my prep for Nats on my own plus given that I have not been told to start cardio in the gym and given the first week is almost up and by getting told to have a cheat meal once a week until four weeks out how stupid can one get. Question for you guys should I fire my trainer and do my own prep for Nats and I have not started cardio the gym yet?

Bro fire your trainer. It'll be a favour for both you and him. We at Gymnation will be your trainer and give you all the advice you need to become National champion General Gymrat

Gymrat, there is nothing wrong with your PT. He has told me his plan for you, heading towards nationals.

In case you're unaware a good deal of the people on here are trolling you!

Whats the point paying a PT and then just changing based on what a troll says?

-Cheat/refeed meals right up to a comp is perfectly fine.

-doing extra cardio when what you have been doing is already working is over kill ( if it aint broke, dont fix it!)

- having a PT then just doing your own thing when it suits you, then complaining about it when he fails to return 1 text msg from you and then doing what any idiot on a forum says is bloody stupid.

You've got yourself in good shape under some guidence from your trainer, why do you think you've been done wrong?

Damien, stop being a fuckhead.

If you up the cardio and ditch the refeeds you're going to burn through what little muscle you have and end up looking worse on stage at Nats than you did at the pans.

for this process to work you need to trust Michael and not second guess and question everything he says. Evaluate the results once the season is over for now do exactly as your told.

As for the text messaging in my 5 years of PT you were the most demanding client in terms of contact and effort required for the least amount of payoff no body wants texts from you every day with shit like "when I am cutting full time can I have mint sauce for cutting fulltime" that can wait for the time you actually pay for.

Back pump today 

seated row 1x15 42kg, 5x15 84kg for the five working sets five drop sets

lat pull down 5x15 72kg for the five working sets 

reverse pulldowns 4x10 54kg,60kg,66kg,72kg 

bent over bb row 4x15 90kg for the four working sets  

chins 3x failure 

treadmill 60 minutes

This morning did my second back session at world where I work had to put a t shirt on top of my stringer and hoodie to keep extra warm  since I work in old building. A few of my co workers were surprises to see me in early. Told them that I going to have a train hear . Started my hour of cardio on the treadmill . While I was doing cardio on the treadmill came up with a good phrase which is screw you snap and given the trainer that I had refused to listen after I told him about the feedback  that I got from the head judge after the pans about dropping more weight for Nats . I know the answer to that by doing five one hour cardio sessions after my weights plus given that I want to do well at Nats. Laughed at Michale knights comment which is Ben wolfenbutthole thought that was funny. When I was having look at my journal on my phone.
