Today I have started to eat anything that I want and the main rule for today is who cares what the macros are .As for the rest of the time in Auckland since I am doing nats in October I figure I best to keep my post comp meals clean including a couple of cheat meals as well.Emailed the grandparnets etc last night and they were all very proud of me.Forgot to mention the spotlight was very bright and had squent my eyes while I was doing my routine and I was thinking I wish I was wearing my sunnies.Talked to the guy who did the music after the show about diffrent types of music that people pose to like music that starts of slow or high tempo music etc.Had a vession while I was sleeping about having my own supplement range.Which would be right up there with the Ronnie Coleman,Jay Cutler,Arnold Supplement range.Manged to get most of the dream off last night apart from the tan that is on my back.Might have to get my mum to help me with that when I get back to Dunedin.Going to ask my trainer about using any more supplements for my prep for the nats in October.Not to sure if I have mention this not.One thing about Devenport is reminds of the homes in Dunedin built in the same era as in the early 1900's or late 1800's


You should sell general gym rat shirts

Had wicked time today of eating anything that I want.Went up the sky tower before getting the train out to MT smart for the Warriors game.Was going to have blueberry muffan at the sky lounge but they didn't have any oh well instead had a scone with a hot choclate which was very nice.When I was walking from sky tower to the Down town mall for lunch came up with a phrase for nats which is RATZILLA VS NZ. Will be getting back to normal training this week.Was going to have deload week but since I have quladifed for nats in October will be keeping my training the same.Will have to see what the clean options are for going out for breakfast at Lorne St cafe.Was checking my journal on my phone while I was at the Warriors game.This time around got the right train out to Penrose.Thought today when my birthday comes around I wont be able to go out for tea or have a cheat day since I will be dieting for nats oh well

Yes I was very happy with my carb up this time around since things were diffrent this time around and less stressfull on the final week.Will keep that in mind for the next time around for having tan on my face

Breakfast Big Kiwi breakfast ,hot choclate ,blue berry muffan

Moring tea scone with hot choclate

Lunch bento with two squd rings,misso soup

Warriors food was donuts,fish n chips,candyfloce,water long black coffee

Tea Big mac,coke,apple pie, choclate sunday

Not to sure of what the total macros were for today's eating of anything that I want it was bloody dam nice and rewarding as well

If you can tighten up a bit for nationals, drop another 3 kilo of fat and a couple of kilo of water there's no reason you shouldn't do very well. You have good mass and round bellies Damien.

You need to really start focusing on your posing. Every night for 20 minutes in a mirror at home. Make sure you are posing all your muscles at the same time because you are judged top to bottom in every pose and it looks like you keep letting the contraction go on your quads mate.

Single leg press 3x12 60kg,70kg,80kg

Kick stand squats 4x20 20kg's,20kg's,22.5kg,22.5kg's

Smith machine hack squats 5x15 60kg,80kg,90kg,100kg,105kg

Walking lunges 2x20 body weight for both sets

This morning got the train out to henderson for a train at wolfs gym.Before going to the gym had post the tubs of pre workout supplements that I got at the Pans to Dunedin.Had a good session this morning and went hard as well.Bought a tub of Innor Armour glutamine from Supplements before having a train at Wolfs.To go along with my very nice stack of Supplements that I have gotten already while I am in Auckland which will make things very look very nice my stack of supplements that I have got already which are

When I cam off stage on Saturday I realized that when I go back to work on Friday I will have to put in for leave again for when I come back up to Auckland for nats in October.Texed one of my co workers today and asked about see if the news about be doing well got spreaded at World Fitness and everyone is very impressed.Wonder if I will get funding from work for nats in October.Thought today before I buy pro tan figured I best to have a look around to see what the difffrent brands that are out there.By looking on diffrent online supplements shops and ASN Dunedin as well including reading diffrent reviews on the diffrent brands of pro tan.So I  know when it comes to the time of buying a tub of pro tan including dream tan as well.My posing needs some work between now and nats and thinking of using something diffrent to pose to for Nats or the same music that I used at the Pans on Saturday.Will be going out for tea night a lone star.Since I want to keep things very clean food wise before going back on the diet when I get back to Dunedin.I figured that my best option would be to go for one of there salamon dishes given that the rest of there other dishes that they have blue cheese and wine in there sauces in there diffrent steak dishes that they have and desrert would be a no this time around as well since I want to keep things very clean food wise while I am up hear.Have to do a couple of sessions of cardio in the gym as well after my weights while I am up hear.Thinking of having a train at Just work out on Durham St  tomorwo before going on the tour of Eden Park in the afternoon .Looks like a good set up and good floor space as well after I checked it out on Saturday before getting a taxi to Kings school Remuera.Thought the floor space looked bigger then city fitness on Queen St which I thought was small and ok

Thanks bro got a nice email back from Eat me and they were proud of me coming third in my class have to send in a story with a photo as well.In my next order they will send me some goodies as well which is very kind of my sponsors.Havent told you guys about my routine which was a minute long and when I did the back double bicep pose.I shaked my right hamstring and came up with a name for it which the Ratzilla hamstring shake.Just like the Branch Warren quad dance.

congrats on the show G-bibs. my favourite bodypart was biceps and package bulge, defiantley had the biggest dong on the day, lets see if you can get that last bit of conditioning for nats.

Thanks bro that's the plan for the next eight weeks by nailing that last bit conditioning in for the nats.Was going to have post comp lunch when I am back at work but now.Becuase of me qulifaying for nats in October that's been put on hold that's ok with me and something to look forward to in October after nats.

Sounds like you got the whole of Dunedin behind you bibby! You should get ahold of the local news paper when back home and they could take your photo and do an article on you or something. Could also mention any future comps you wanna compete in like the universe, Arnold Classic or Olympia maybe one day and that people could donate some spare money to help you get there.

Those are some good ideas Realtalk but for me competing at the Arnold or the Olympia.I would have to make the change to IFBB which would be unloyal to NABBA/WFF.Might do a comp over in OZ one day and thought of a good name for it already which is RATZILLA VS AUSTRILA .Thinkng of doing do gusest pose for one of the Dunedin Derby home games plus I figured it would be a good way build up to Nats but first I would have to ask one of my co workers about that who looks after them to see if it is ok to do.Thought last night I best to up grade to a bigger jar of multis while I am preping for nats and buy a 120 cap jar of multis from NZ muscle instead of using a 30 cap jar which I am using just now and only last me two weeks and using a bigger jar of multis would be ideal plus it would last long.

Spine bench press 3x12 80kg,100kg,110kg

Pec deck 1x6 drop drop sets 48kg to 18kg

Calf  press 5x25 5pps for the five working sets

treadmill 20 minutes fat burn

This morning did chest and calfs at Just workout on Durham before I trained got showen around the gym floor and liked the set up of it.Had a good session  was going to do seated calf raise as well but they didnt have a seated calf raise so I did one exercise for calfs instead.Had buger king for lunch since I can have a few cheat meals while I am in Auckland had a whopper,onion rings large fires as well it was very nice.My prep for the nats will be two back sessions a week one heavy and one pump session for back to help build more width on it.After I looked at the comperson photos of the other two people in my class they had more width on there back then  me.Had a good time on the tour of Eden Park again.Notice one thing that was diffrent today when I arrived for the tour there were to secerty guards at the door had to tell one of them what I am hear for .Which I thought was diffrent compare to the other times that I have gone on the tour.Was thinking today that you Auckland guys are lucky to see Ratzilla on stage twice in a eight week perorid at the Pans and Nats on October 11th.Wonder if I will get a heros welcome at work on Friday  when I go  back to work.The idea of Ratzilla VS OZ just came into my head not to sure now.Guys if you are wondering why there spots of white skin showing in the photos of me from Saturday.The reason being is had to use the loo before going on stage

Had a train at burn fitness while I was wondering around Takapuna which I thought was a ok gym plus they didnt have much in the way of gear had to make the most of it what they had.Went into NZ muscle Takapuna store and I was amazed of the size of it and thought that would have to be the biggest supplement shop that I have been.Was going to buy a tub of pro tan there but they didnt have any in stock and thought I will just look around to see what is out there by looking online and ASN in Dunedin.Had my second to last cheat meal before I have to go back on the diet on Friday which was a stunner from Burger King while I was waiting for the bus to go back to Devenport before getting the ferry back across.Came up with a new phrase to living the dream and loving every minute of it roll on October 11th.
