Perhaps you could give the other competitors stunners and flying clotheslines while you're posing with them, that would mean you're the last man standing and the winner? I also thought that

Bad idea bro plus I would end up getting a life ban from nabba/wff nz which would not be cool or good. Will be doing triple drop sets tomorow with my trainer when I train quads . Haven 't done triple drop sets before should be a good experince.

You should do a triple drop set on stage at the pans

Hey gr good news your old m8 tomsammce has offered to coach you for your next prep and also do your tan for the pans

I will pass on tomsammce off but I rather my trainer instead since he lives in Dunedin

Are you still planning to come over to devonport ratty? The frozen yoghurt shop I mentioned (yoghurt story) is closed for renovations so we can't go there. Maybe we could go a curry instead which would be better choice instead for winter. What time will you be here? I can order ahead for the special windaloo. Do you like garlic or plain naan?

 

 

After your PM's re avoiding spicey foods like vindaloo, I gave Rajeev a call and he can do a special low spice offering for you no problem like tika masala gymrat style or googley korma pans.

Rejeev also recommend drinking mango lassi as post pans celebration drink which I thought was a great idea and way to celebrate pans

Quads today

leg extensions

Leg press

smith machine hack squats 

walking lunges

This morning had a session with my trainer and it was quads. Did a combo of high reps,sets to failure and drop sets as well. Won't list the weight that  I used during the session or reps. My quads were nice and pumped and full of blood as well. Had to hang on to the handles for the treadmill since my quads were a bit shakey after pumping full of blood. Got my comp day meal plan from my trainer and it will be cheaper cost wise this time around compare to last had to spend 45 dollars last year. My carb cycle for next week be low carb Monday to Wednesday and high Thursday and Friday. Was planing on buying a mass gainer after the pans got told by my trainer that you can put fat on to quickly that way. Thought I will ditch that idea and buy something else from supplements nz out in Henderson . Herd acdc thunderstruck at work today was temped to start posing to it since that is the song that I wil be using next Saturday . Thought best to pose to it at home and in Auckland instead.

And why are you visiting supplement shops on Auckland, surely they must have supplement shop in Dunedin? That's pretty boring bro they are all the same... Most ppl who work in them dnt want talk to u anyway just serve u then hope u leave the shop so they can get back to posting status bout themselves on fb lol

That what most people carb up two out from the show. We only one supplant shop in Dunedin use to have gymeez a few years ago but that went under. Plus I enjoy visiting supplement shops when I come to Auckland since they have bigger range of supplements which mostly the brands that I see in the mags like flex. Yes the people who work in the supplements shops in Auckland talk to me and I know a few people who work in the supplement shops in Auckland people like moe and big garth etc plus I it is good to catch up with when I come up

Had a good session this morning and took the last drop set for rear delt row to failure.For the last week of training until I fly up to Aucks next Friday will be taking the last drop set to failure.Will be having my last serving of creatine on Friday until after the pans.From what i learnt  from last year I took creatine right to the night of the show which made me hold to much water in my muscles.Got one more day of having hair on me until after training arms will be getting waxed.Forgot to mention in my journal on Tuseday that I have now all 30 Wrestlemainas on DVD after I picked my copy of the wrestlmaina antholgy volume 4 from JB,HI,Fi after work.

Are you going to train legs all the way until before the show?

Yes I have got my last quad train before the show on Sunday  and the same for my last hamstring train on Wednesday .For the waxing takes two hours to do and will be wearing my underwear. Don't mind it one bit given that I have got a high threshold for pain. That's cool there's a Indian dished after me and Indian is one of the foods that are on my post comp food list.

Had a good session this morning was finding the weights that I use a bit heavy since I am getting close to game day figured that things would get a bit hard from hear on in.Was going to get waxed after the gym but now will be getting waxed at one.Body is holding up well expect for my right hip gets tight from time to time.Look like some old dude with a bad hip when I bend down to pick something up what every that may be.Notice that are more veins starting to show as I get closer to the Pans next Saturday.Before I went to the gym this morning was watch a comperson video on youtube Big Rammy Vs The Shadow.Which got me thinking if the Shadow was competing in today's era and went up againt big rammy that would be a good battle.
