I will bring along to the pans, a purebred Persian Cat for you bibby to sit with while you're back stage incase you get sick of rebel101... You can stroke it and whisper sweet nothings to the expensive felion. Does that idea for the pans interest you bibby?

Yes bro the pans, 9th August 2014 or also 9/8/14.. This is the date of the pans where our gymnation representative general gymrat the warrior will do battle vs Auckland city and unleash Ratzilla on that stage of the pans.

Thanks for the offer but I will be in game day mode when I am back stage at the pans

How many times do you text your trainer in a typical day ?

About once or twice a day that's if I have any questions that come to mind

Have you thought about trying to increase this to 3 to 4 times a day as you approach the pans?

That's not a bad idea Hitro haven't thought of that. Since I started to have extra carbs for breakfast  notice a big difference in my engery levels plus it makes things easy for me to get through the morning and making my muscles fill out more as well. For when I am watching pumping iron between now and when I go up Auckland . When it gets to the since where Lou ferringno yells out Arnold,Arnold etc but for me I well yell out Auckland ,Auckland etc well iam watching pumping iron. Asked my trainer about having extra magaziume and zinc with my meals got told to leave it as it is.

the suspense of you at the pans is killing me mate, give me something to keep me sane till the pans starts. 

True story right here for you bibby... I was training in my gym yday and noticed a poster in my gym I had a look and it was for the pans and I thought oh my mate gymrat is doing that comp. I'll take a picture of the poster and post it here for ppl to get info on the comp etc.

Mate you need to be txting your trainer at least 10 times a day. He needs to know exactly what you're doing, what you're eating, what you're thinking in order to have all the information he needs to ensure you get in the best condition possible. Stop slacking off and start txting him. I'd let him know each time you do a number 2 and tell him what colour and consistency the stool is so that he knows how your digestive system is reacting to the food you're eating.

I  have showed  my trainer my diet when I had my first session with him  which would include looking at my profile on my fitness . As for the idea about telling my trainer about what colour my number twos are that is just very sick dude and gross as well.

It might be gross but in order to be the best you have to be willing to do what others won't. When I was cutting last year en route to being champion of the Juniors at Waikato IFBB last year I took photos of my poo everyday and analysed it. Based on that I was able to tweak my diet to the tee

Chest and calfs today

bb bench press

db incline press

cable cross overs

dips

seated chest press

calf press

superset

seated calf raise

20 minutes on treadmill fat burn

This morning had a session with my trainer got  progress pics taken with the use of my phone.  Notice a big difference in the size of my back two weeks ago plus the veins are startng to show more in my arms etc.Have to do two cardio sessions a week in the gym now for the rest of my prep until the week of the show when I don't have to any cardio in the gym. Apart from riding my bike to the gym, work etc. Had to walk over to the dairy for work to get milk for work. Had to see the sight of pies,cakes,filled rolls etc. Thought oh well in a few weeks time will be able to have those types of foods after the pans

Are you still planning to come to devonport after the pans Gymrat?

 

Maybe we can meet up for an ice cream or a frozen yoghurt at the frozen yoghurt store in devonport after than pans

Not sure at this stage might be coming to Devenport after the pans. Funny you mention ice cream that is one of the foods that are on my post comp food list  which I am going to post up sometime

Back today

rubber band pulls 100 reps

seated row 5x15 79kg for the five working sets last set drop sets

lat pull down 5x15 110kg,140kg for the last four sets

close grip pull down 4x15 45kg,52kg,59kg,66kg

close grip t bar row 4x15 50kg,60kg,70kg,79kg

Had a good session this morning which took just under a hour to train back and notice that my engery levels were a bit better for biking to work since I had a good sleep and slept like a log. Had bugger all engery in the tank last night. Watched pumping iron when I got home from work yesterday and when that since in pumping iron which I have mention twice on my journal yelled out Auckland ,Auckland etc while I was watching it. Had to put with the pizza song at work today . Thought oh well in few Saturdays after my comp I will be able to have that type of food. Including the day after when I am going to eat anything that I want. Which would include the other foods that  I have been missing like Phud Thai,frozen yoghurt,muffins,sushi,lone star, McDonald ,steak sand which etc yum

Leg press 5x10 5pps,5pps,6pps,7pps,8pps last set double drop set

kick stand squats 4x20 17.5kg's,17.5kg's,20kg's,22.5kg

Single leg press 3x12 1pps,1pps,1pps

Walking lunges 2x 20 12kg's,body weight

This morning when I got up thought for the reaming five cardio sessions in the gym that I have left will just stick with using the cross trainer and the treadmill. Was going to adding using the stairmill thought no.Had a good session this morning and the smith machine was out of order for the second week in a row so smith machine hack squats were out.Had to think of something else to replace them.Thought of doing double drop sets for the last set of leg press.Got the idea from a video of Steve Ortan training quads on youtube .Had to get some randome dude to help unload the plates from the leg press and explanded to the person that I am doing douple drop sets.Went to failure on the last set when there were only 2pps on which got my quads nice and pumped.

Had to take my time biking to the gym this morning since it was very frosty and very cold on my bike. While I was biking to the gym thought only 24 more sleeps until game day and not long until I fly up to Auckland as well which is fast approaching as well. Was happy to arrive at the gym since it was nice and warm inside. Saw a lunch box with penne pasta in it which was one of there trainer s lunch thought will be able to have that soon. Had a good session and checked myself after I was done training to see if looked fuller by having more carbs for breakfast. Got a email from Leanne Simays this morning saying that my payment has been cleared roll on august 9th
