In gonna ask it anyway, dunno bout your one bro but my MHSC (mental health support councillor) says it's best to just get things out in the open, so I'm gonna help you out...

how much money do you have??

Quads today

kick stand squats 8x20 15kg's for the four working sets,22.5 kg's for the last four working sets

smith machine hack squats 7x15 80kg for the seven working sets

single leg press 6x12 99kg for he six working sets

leg extensions 5x10 108kg for the five working sets

cross trainer 20 minutes fat burn level 11

Session was good and was surprised to see sweat dripping from my forehead since it was 17 in Dunedin . Which I thought was very strange for this time of year. Been trying to figure out why I have been feeling like dirt for the past few days.  Thought today I know one of the reasons is it is not the diet since I am more food this time around unlike compare to last year which was hard going at times and making me feel pissed off for no reason plus making me feel wacked in the head as well.

Thought this morning when I got up. I best to see one of the other trainers at snap to help me with the rest of perp for the pans. Since my trainer that I have at present is unable to help me to do his injury. Emailed one of the other trainers at snap to see if they can help me and asked about the cost that they charge per session. Feeling a bit better today and starting to feel a bit happy as well and not down in the dumps.

had a good session and I am booked in to see my new trainer at half past nine tomorrow . Had a talk to my new trainer and told him about how I have been feeling for the past few days. Was going to email my new trainer my diet and what supps that I am taking instead showed him on my fitness instead which was quicker. Talked about which supplements or food to improve things for me for the rest of my pred. Got told to use to glutamine . Will let you guy know what I think of in one of my post this will be the first time using glutamine

staright bar curls to failure 

tricep rope push down 2x20 out, 20 together,20 over head

triceps rope push down 3x failure 8 to 12

biceps hammer curls  superset with triceps triangle bar 4x 8 to 12

close grip bench press 3x8-12

seated alternating DB curls 3 x8-12

1 drop set 4 drop set

close grip push ups to failure close grip push ups on step

20 minutes on treadmill fat burn

Before I trained had my first session with my new trainer and got skin folds taken which came to 9% body fat ,85kg as well. My new trainer took me through the arms session which I posted . Notice during the session made things go by quicker instead of doing high volume training which I have been doing for my prep . Got a couple of changes made to my diet and I am going to say one of them but keep the other one private. I can now have two high carb days which will make things a bit more easy for me compare to before . When I was finding things a bit hard by  having one high carb day on Saturday and low carb which made me think at time hurry up medium carb day. Got my training changed around by making things more intense by doing less sets compare to the high volume training which was hard at times when it was low carb days. Will be going back to seeing a trainer once a week which will make things more easy for the rest of my prep.

Had a wicked time seeing the new transformers move the only down side of it was had to put up with the smell of pop corn and people having soft drinks. Had my phone so I could check the time so. I would know to have my next meal. Thought the new transformers movie rocked plus lots of good action in it as well.

Thanks bro my cutting diet is good and for the progress pics since I have got five weeks to go will be keeping them private when I get them done. By keeping them on my phone etc plus when come  august 9th I want people think what the f*ck and holly shit ,where did this person come from

dips 3x10 36kg,32kg,27kg

db decline press 3x8 45kg's for the three working sets

cable cross overs 3x12 70pps,80pps,90pps

db floor press 3x12 20kg's,25kg's,30kg's

incline flys 1x5 30kg,25kg,20kg,15kg,10kg

calf press 5x25 6pps for the five working sets

smith machine standing calf raise 5x25 120kg for the five working sets

treadmill 20 minutes fat burn

Before I trained went to my my dr for a health check went good was going to go for blood test on the way to the gym. Thought I best to do that after work since it was bit busy in the morning.Had a good session this morning and notice the sets for chest went by since I am doing less volume which made things go by faster and quicker. Took a hour to train chest and calfs compare to what it use to take which was a hour and bit. When I was training thought of that line in pumping iron where Lou ferringno says Arnold,Arnold etc but for me each rep that I do between now the last train that I have before the pans . I will think Auckland ,Auckland  etc. Notice a big difference in my engery levels by having the extra high carb day on Sunday made things a bit more easy for me when biking to the gym and work etc

Had a good session this morning after having a good sleep which was much better.Did not have engery in the tank last night to work on my routine for the Pans.Was a bit worried yesterday because of my cat has been missing since Friday and hope that my cat is safe and well.Back to the session took a hour to train back  plus I had time to  have a shower at the gym which I thought  was nice for a change instead of having a shower at work.

This morning had a session with my trainer got progress photos taken with the use of my phone. I reached my trainer about smith machine hack squats which he didn't know about before including one of the other trainers who was have train as well. When I arrived at work there cheese balls,grapes etc and sweets in the fridge . Said to myself food like that can be classed as off season food. It was very cold today had to put lots of warm clothes on to keep me warm. Notice today since I am five weeks out from the pans. Which is there more mass on me at 85kg this time around unlike at this time last year at 85 kg when there was bugger all mass. Texted my trainer my user name on my fitness including my email addrease .Not to sure if my diet will be getting changed around for the final four weeks of my prep starting Monday .

Had a good session despite not having much sleep and finding out that my cat is dead not to sure what the cause of death was. After one of the neighbours in my area came by my house last night told my mum and I the news. Been getting lots of nice text messages and emails from my friends etc. They were very sorry to hear. While I was at the gym this morning thought I have got my training to help get me through this. Ordered a copy of wrestlemaina anthology volume four on the way to work including a order of whey from eat me.
