I am back and just kidding about leaving gym nation for good. Yesterday was a short arms session with my trainer and the session was 

ezy bar curls 3x8 39kg,39kg,39kg

super set

skull crushers 3x8 same weight as ezy bar curls

biceps cable curls three drop sets can't remember the weight

triceps cable push down three drop sets can't remember the weight

After my trainer and were training arms spent some time working on my routine and added a classic Arnold pose in as well.Since I am eight weeks out I am going to ditch my weekly cheat meals and eat clean for the rest of my prep. I was thinking yesterday since my new trainer charges 60 dollars session which is forty more then my old trainer . I think be best to see my trainer every second fornight instead of weekly what I was doing with my old trainer to smoke things cheaper for me cost wise.Got a free tub of inner armour ISO whey and creatine after a member dropped off lots of diffrent supps at the gym yesterday and in other news snap fitness Dunedin now as bicep blaster which arrived yesterday.  Did 20 minutes of cardio on fat burn mode. Engery levels felt good yesterday and didn't feel tried or grumpy later on in the day.

Manged well yesterday when I went into town and seeing people having sausage sizzles in diffrent parts of town because of the all blacks vs England test. Thought that kind of food can be classed as off season food. Saw diffrent food outlets set up in the octagon thought I best to stay while away from them since I will be eating clean for the rest of my prep. Not to sure if I have mention this or not in my journal I like the taste of the nurtra life vitamin c that I bought off sportsfule . Taste reminds of a orange.

Chest and calfs

dips 5x10

db decline press 4x15 30kg's,35kg's,40kg,45kg's

cable cross overs 3x20 60pps,70pps,80pps

db floor press 2x10 25kg's,30kg's

db incline flys 1x5 30kg's,25kg's,20kg's,15kg's,10kg's

calf press 10 x25 6pps for the ten working sets

smith machine standing calf raise 10x25 100kg for the ten working sets

treadmill 20 minutes fat burn

before I trained weighed in at 87.7 kg happy with that . Hope to lose another six or seven kg before the pans in seven week time. Engery and strength levels were good today expect for when I was leaving the gym . Must felt hungry since it was forty minutes to noon but had enough engery in the tank to bike over to town to get my phone topped since I ran out data on my phone . 


well done

we have a pizza shop next to our gym, nothing worse than the smell of melted cheese when you go out to your car after a late session

Thanks fng overall had a good session and 18 more cardio sessions until game day

Back today

100 rep rubber band pulls 

seated row 10x15 73kg for the ten working sets with the last set drop set

lat pull down 10 x15 90kg for the first five working sets,115 kg for the last five working sets

close grip pull down 4x15 45kg,52kg,59kg,66kg

close grip t bar row 4x15 40kg,50kg,60kg,70kg

Session was good this morning and flelt doing close grip t bar row instead of doing one arm t bar row. Engery levels were a bit average today being a low carb today . Had to have a extra strong black coffee with my lunch and afternoon tea to help keep wake. Got told by one of my co workers to mantain my weight that iam at now. Thought that's hard to do given that I am carb cycling and what ever.

Quads today

kick stand squats 8x20 15kg's for the first four working sets ,20kg's for the last for working set

smith machine hack squats 7x15 80 kg for the eight working set

single leg press 6x12 95 kg for the six working sets

leg extensions 5x10 95kg for the first set then 104kg for the reamaining for working sets

treadmill 20 minutes fat burn

Engery levels were better today despite being a low carb today. Caught some of the Korea vs Russia game while I was doing cardio and listen to Gangham style a few time since Korea was playing. Left the gym with more engery and not feeling out of it must have not slept well the night before oh well. My co workers have notice that I am looking lean and asking how i am which helps to have the extra the support .

training was good this morning had to wear my bennie with hod of my hoodie up for the session to keep me warm. Was finding tin hard to sweat still despite being warm in the gym. Was feeling a bit tight in my lower back when  I was done used the foam roller for a bit to losen things up in my lower back. A few of co workers have asked me do you feel the cold now with out not much fat on now. I said the cold gets to me quick and feel it right away. Started having extra fish oils with my meals for the rest of my prep. Set myself a goal for the rest of my prep which is using free weights for the rest of my prep unlike compare to last year had to made the change to using machines when my form when to crap when i was using free weights.

Got to the gym just before  half past nine after I watched the England vs Uruguary  game this morning . Had a good session also watched some of the japan vs Greece game which I thought was a bit average . Stopped off at new world on the way to work to pick a new jar of magaziume and zinc after I counted the tablets that I had left which was 39 tablets or three and half weeks left. Was feeling the cold today at work since I work in a old building and was thinking I wish I was at home where it is war but had to work hard to keep warm by working hard.

Hey Gymrat I have trouble keeping warm in Auckland must be a lot harder in Dunedin.

i wear multiple layers of clothes so I keep warm it's really important to not get cold when your body fat level is down.

Keep on working at it only 7 weeks left now, so close!

Last night made my booking  to get my first coat of spary  tan at rubby wax on Victoria St when I arrive in Aucks on the 8th.Got a email from them this morning saying that my booking is confired at 3:30.Thinking of taking the Friday before I fly up to Auckland .Which will give me plenty of time to get waxed.So I wont have to make the made dash from the beauty place to work plus I learnt from last year it made things a bit crazy plus I had many thoughts running through my mind like I hope I am not in the crap house with my boss for being late.Speaking of waxing yesterday was telling one of my co workers about getting waxed and the co worker that I was talking to thought that must be painful.Will be seeing the Million dollar arm today.Before I went into Railto Dunedin to get my ticket.Popcorn etc that can be classed as off season food.


Hey Gymrat I have trouble keeping warm in Auckland must be a lot harder in Dunedin.

i wear multiple layers of clothes so I keep warm it's really important to not get cold when your body fat level is down.

Keep on working at it only 7 weeks left now, so close!

Hey Rebel Yes it can be hard at times by keeping warm in Dunedin when it is cold and while I am cutting.Must not be so bad for cutting up in Auckland since it is warmer up there.Thanks for your support.

Clearly you are doing a good job in your comp prep because you are feeling the way you are.

Do not worry about what people say, you are feeling frustrated because the diet is impacting on your patience. At the end of the day all you need to do is keep doing what you are doing and keep to yourself.

If u were feeling any other way the diet is too easy, keep at it you are doing fine

Went to the gym in the afternoon plus given that iam feeling feed up with where I am working just now. Had lots of strength in me today plus being a low carb day today . Was going to have tea at my dad's house it was going fine until I got asked how much money that I have got when I said . I rather not say got asked the same question which pissed me off and left. Bought a Hplc bar on the way home for tea.
