what i imagine the situation to be is that the smith machine has a counter-weight so if ~20kg lighter than using a normal bar, which in itself would be easier than using dumbells. gymrat is assuming that 2 PPS is 100kg when its closer to 80. 

can dinah/ben/other faggots who train at dunedin snap confirm this?

Back today

100 rep rubber band pulls

seated row 10x15 73kg for the ten working sets last drop set

lat pull down 10x15 95 kg for the first five working sets,last five working sets 118kg

close grip pull down 4x15 45,52,59,66

one arm t bar row 4x15 30,40,50,55

Got to the gym at ten had rush things a bit but still and notice that I forgot to charge my iPod oh well. Instead had to listen what was being played on juice TV which was good.a few people at the gym have made comment to me on how lean my face is looking. This morning while I was talking to a member I cracked a joke panda said my looks like that i am getting bo toxic done lol. The session was good. Iam going experiment with doing declines on the smith machine if not I do declines with DBS by using a moderated weights instead

Quads today

kick stand squats 8x20 15kg's for the first four working sets,17.5kg's,17.5kg,20kg's,22.5kg's

smith machine hack squats 7x15 80kg for the seven working sets

single leg press 6x12 for the six working sets

leg extension 5x10 90kg ,108kg for the last four working sets

cross trainer 20 minutes fat burn

Had a good session this morning and went a bit heavy for quads which took a hour to train. Went on stop for single leg press. Was going to use  the sited bike for cardio but couldn't get the seat back to fit my long legs so had to use the cross trainer instead. Did 20 minutes on there plus the warm down. My quads were shot after words and was feeling it by biking from the gym to work. Thought I need a mobility scooter lol. Thought today I will be up to week nine when Monday rolls around which is fast aprouching Hated walking up the stairs at work had to use the handrail for support since my quads were pumped.

I work at world fitness and live in a gym

how do you live in a gym? i know snap is 24h gym but ffs. i lived out of my car (safari 4x4 so could actually lie down fully) for a week when i was at uni and just used uni gym showers/toilets (and the gym). was pretty shit, and although good motivation to actually go uni library to watch youtube and study occasionally i will not be repeating this experience without good reason. do you like sleep on one of the benches with a foam roler as a pillow?

Funny you should mention that yes I have like a couple of weekends ago when I was biking up on the opho road I got checked out by so e randome hottie who was getting out of the car and checked me out.

rdls with DB' s 3x15 20kg's for the three working sets

walking lunges 1x60 20 kg's for one set

high leg press 3x30 3pps for the three working sets

single leg press 5x12 95kg for the five working sets

Last night when I was on the nzifbb web site notice the date for the nzifbb Auckland champs which is august 2 not august  10 th as I first thought bugger but the good news is . I will be able to have pizza after the pans sweet and go over to Devenport this time around which will be good. Session was good manged 20reps with 45kg for the last set for seated leg curl. Thought back to last week when I did 41kg for 20 reps last week oh well. Smashed my hamstrings hard and was feeling it when I was walking up the stairs at work. Will be seeing my trainer tomorwo when I train arms plus going over with my posing routine form the pans. Was thinking today with the date of the ifbb Auckland champs now on august second which makes things a bit more easy for me by working on my posing routine for the pans instead of doing two at the same time which would make things a bit hard .
