Did you mentally break your previous trainer? I can only imagine this trainer is huddled in a corner somewhere rocking himself in the fetal position whilst his phone constantly vibrates.

......the texting.....always....the texting.......

I truly did laugh out loud. Then I reread it. Then I laughed out loud again. Pure awesome. :D

So where are you off to, Wolffie?

Thought yesterday when Monday rolls around I have reached the half way point which has come fast.

20 minutes cardio fat burn mode on treadmill

The session was a good had a couple of moments were my strength was a bit average thought I be best to drop the weight back and just use form instead. Left the gym looking like a zobmie since my engery levels were flat and my mind was think f*ck I want dam coffee now. When I arrived looked the same way as a did when I was leaving the gym. Thought today might as well get started on doing 20 minutes cardio for the rest of my prep which I have to do three times a week. Had a combo of high and low engery levels today at work thought oh well just one of things when one is cutting for comps

I feel like im riding shotgun in this emotional rollercoaster as your journal entrys are so emurisive (spelling??) and create such visual imagery in my mind. I each time I read "dropset" a shiver rolls down my spine, my biceps burn as a read "100 curls of the easy bar" and my jaw clenchs tighly as you perform 100 close grip pushups. I have had to take another dextrose shake to replenish my glycogen after one of entrys.

Stay strong GR and remember you have the whole support from the team at gymnation, well maybe not realtalk, or maccaz,.......and maybe a few others, but an overwhelming majority no doubt.

Hey gymrat, how do you think doing 2 comps back to back on the same weekend will be? That's gotta be pretty taxing on the body both mentally and physically... What are your thoughts?

also by doing 2 comps back to back on same weekend, where is the time for sight seeing and tourist activities in Auckland?

any people in Auckland you want to meet and get a photo with and what things you want to do in Auckland?

Come to think of it I am going to do the pans instead of doing two comps on the same weekend when I am up there in august. Plus it will give me more time to do tourist stuff . As for the tourist  stuff that I am planing on doing is sky tower, Devenport ,the tour of Eden park if any of you guys in Auckland have not been on the tour of Eden park it is worth going , Newmarket ,Auckland war museum, Parnell road etc

Wouldn't the added prestige of doing 2 shows back to back and exposure to financially lucrative sponsorship deals offset the slight inconvenience of missing out on a few tourist attractions you've already seen? This trip is supposed to be your " double penetration bodybuilding assault of Auckland" not some faggot tourist trip to do shit even my 90 year old grandad would think was boring and gay also. You've already told people you are doing 2 comps and that's what everyone in the bodybuilding community expects to see. You're supposed to be creating a bodybuilding legacy, not a fucking scrapbook. If you are serious about bodybuilding you will do both comps.

too funny

Thats a lot of auckland to see in one day, you'll certainly hate our traffic afterwards.

no harm in checking if the registration of the ifbb comp doesn't clash with the pan comp day.

hey you might have timed it wrong and be smooth as saturday, the wake up ripped sun ......

I don't mind if I miss out on some tourist stuff that I have seen already . Plus this trip I might land some multi million dollar spounsorship deal with some clothing brand of some short. If weigh in etc for the ifbb Auckland is from 12 to  7 when I arrive and for the pans five to seven that would work well for me

Who is your minder when you're in Auckland? Like who drives you round and makes sure you get to where you need/want to be?

I look after myself when I am in Auckland  and I find my own transport like using taxis, trains etc

You could create history by winning the overall in both comps.

You would certainly get a pro card if that happened.

Pseudonym would have to start paying you to post on here.

Chest and calf today

dips 5x10

smith machine decline press 4x15 80kg,90kg,95kg,100kg

cable cross overs 3x20 60pps,70pps,80pps

db floor press 2x10 25kg's, 30kg's

incline flys 1x5 drop sets 30kg,25kg,20kg,15kg,10kg

smith machine standing calf raise 10x25 125kg for the ten working sets

calf press 10x6 6pps for the ten working sets

20 minutes on treadmill fat burn mode

before i trained weighed myself and my weight was 88.6kg kg happy with that for being the half way point of my 16 week cut. Changed from doing declines with dumbells to using the smith machine for declines after I notice the past few weeks that my form was a bit sloppy at times when it came to the last set.  Notice today that my form was much better by using the smith machine for declines.  Will be using the smith machine for declines for the rest of my prep. Started working on my routine for the pans last night and will be spending 20 minutes  each night working  on my routines for both comps

Oh no! You can't use the smith machine while contest dieting man! Because your not recruiting your stability muscles your natural testosterone will drop which will shrink your calves!! Maybe you should have another fish oil?

Just lower the weight for declines and get a better squeeze and go slower which will be good and better also
