Hamstrings am which diffrent hamstrings excerseise plus there was lots FUCKEN KILL ME GYM RAT STYLE  durring the session including five minutes of interval training as well on the bike as well looked like some old dude with a zimmer frame hated walking up the stairs at work thought f*ck I wish there was a lift in the building.Got my skin folds done as well and I have reached triple figures which are 100kg flat boom and f*ck YEAH.Went back to the gym after work and the session was for back

Spine lat pulldown 4x12 65kg,75kg,90kg,110kg

Super set

Spine reverse pulldowns 4x12 65kg,75kg,90kg,110kg

Bent over bb row 5x12 95kg,100kg,105kg,115kg,125kg

single arm iso lateral row 3x12  40kg,50kg,70kg

single arm lat pulldown Fst-7 7x12 32kg for the seven working sets

Durring the session with my trainer we were cracking jokes about the trainer who messed up my prep up when I was at Les Mills Dunedin.

Shoulders today

Shoulder press 2x15 50kg,60kg,2x8-12 85kg,90kg,2x4 100kg,115kg

DB lateral raise 3x15 15kg's,17.5kg's,20kg's

Db front raise 3x15 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's

Single arm cable lateral raise 5x15 30 pounds for the fiveworking sets 30 seconds rest

Was going to train hamstrings as well today thought best to wait until next week until I am fully recovered .Getting out of bed this morning was hard to do after yesterday was a mission just about needed a zimmer frame to help me get out of bed.Had to make a trip to the bike shop after the gym to get the broken left pedal on my bike replaced they replaced both pedals with  stronger type hopefuly that should work fingers crossed

Had a good hard train this morning and while I was biking to the gym this morning came up with pharse for  when going to the gym which is now is the time to fucken kill me gym rat style.Was going to have a shower afterwords but getting to the showers was a bit floooed so I thiught best to have a shower at work instead.Bought myself a copy of Wrestlemaina 3 on the way to work.Will be getting a copy of that hard hamstring train what my trainer put me through on Wednesday will you guys about when I do get a copy.

This time around I am feeling more mentaly perpared for when I do start cutting for the Pan's.Since last year was a learning curve given that it was my first time cutting.Had a epic cheat meal yesterday which was two stuners from Bruger king including a small onion rings and it was very nice.This time around I am thinking of seeing my trainer once a week while I am cutting including getting progress pics done as well

Before I started to train this morning notice in my bumbag .I left my headphones at home thought bugger oh well instead had to listen to the music that was playing on Juice tv.Did Smith machine squats with out a mirrior for the first time which I thought was diffrent compare to previous times.that I have done smith machine squats.When I was looking in the mirrior today while I was training I thought to myself I look bigger this time around compare to last year.Hope I can maintain my current size while I am cutting this time around I hope.Will be doing a 12 to 14 week not a 16 week cutt what I was planing on doing.Will start cutting on April 28th in the mean time get to enjoy some cheat meals or making the most it while I can before I have to start cutting.

Standing calf raise on a plate with dbs 3x12 40kg's.42.5kg,45kg 

Training was good this morning and today was suspose to be getting my training and diet for the first sixs weeks while I am cutting for the Pan's by email.After my mate tried fews times to send it through no such luck oh well but will be getting it in the post.Booked in to see my trainer for Saturday at 11 which means that will be taking Wednesday off training wise.Forgot to mention got checked out by a hottie at the gym yesterday and got given the full look

Training was good yesterday and notice on the shoulder press that weighs 5.4kg with out any plates on each side which is good know for fututer refrence.Starting to get the hang of using the seated leg curl at Snap after the first time I was bit confused about how to use it.When I was done super seting seated leg curls with RDLS with DB's thought I will be nasty did walking lunges with the 20's back to the rack which killed my hamstrings.Got me thinking I could do with  a zimmer frame.When I got to work thought f*ck not the stairs.Walking up the stairs with my bike was strugle.Had to use the hand rail for walking up the other set of stairs almost looked like doing a one arm row lol.Been having second thought about not compteing this year not to sure why.

Arms today the workout was doing four biceps exercises in a row with out resting between sets

Preacher curls 4x25,20,15,10

hammer curls  4x20,15,10,25

BB standing curl 4x15,10,25,20

BB seated curls  4x10,25,20,15

Triceps

Close grip bench press 10x2

Sips 3x6

skull crushers 3x12

Super set

Dimond  push ups 3x6,12,18

Won't bother to post the weights that I used my arms were fryed afterwords.There will be video footage of coming soon with the famous line of FUCKEN KILL ME GYM RAT STYLE.including photos of me as well.Was going to have burger king afterwords but the line was big so I had Wendys instead had a hot dog and a cookies and cream shake.

Hear is the hamstrings workout what I was telling you guys about

5x15 1 leg curl seated leg curls

3x20 two leg seated leg curl

Super set

Romanina  deadlifts

60 reps walking lunges

High leg press 3x30

1 high leg press 5x15

You will need a zimmer frame after words since your hamstring will be fryed or fucked.If your gym has stairs it might be a idea to hold on to the handrail.when going down the stairs.This time around I am putting my health first for when I am cutting and I have got my trainer at Snap to add more fiber to the diet which I got from Joe Ulberg.Yesterday I text Joe Ulberg  and told him my concerans I don't want to get my gutts blocked up and have blood coming from my bottom, since there's isn't  not much fiber in the diet. also I asked about can I have calci milk as well.Which he didn't answer which I thought was a bit rude.Got a texted back saying that you should stick to the bodybuilding lifestyle since bodybuilding is not for the fait hearted which pissed me off given that it is my life when I am putting my health first also I said good bye.Plus this would be the second time in two months I got screwed.

Before I started to train notice that there were 4pps on the leg press already and thought that saves time by loading up the leg press.Had to wait a to use the smith machine while a female member was using it and she checked me out also I had wait to use the leg extension as well but did not have to wait to long which was good.Before I went out the door sent a email to my trainer explaning my issues that I had with Joe Ulberg on Saturday about telling me that I should just stick to the bodybuilding lifestyle and it is not for the faint hearted.When this time around that I am putting my health first.Last night wrote a email to the grandparents etc and told them about me giving the diet what I got from Joe Ulberg  not having enough fiber etc in my diet.My brother thought that was a good call also my grandparents said good on you for putting your health first

did you get screwed last time which made the blood come from your bottom?

No because the blood vessals in my bottom were cracked from pushing hard when I was trying to go for a shit when I was cutting.
