How much was your bike worth mate?

My bike was worth 350 but this time around I am going go for a bigger a better big cost wise and the price that I am looking at is 700 or 800 something to support my weight since I am big dude.Yesterday one of my mum's co worker came up visit me durning there lunch hour.When the door bell rang I thought it was the meter person. none of my co workers havent came to visit me which sucks.

Went around to my dads house for tea last night and on the way over it was hard for me seeing people riding there bikes.Thought that will be me soon when I get back to being normal.Feeling a lot better pain wise.From hear on in I will be slowly coming off the Panadol  etc..I thought yesterday I glad in away this did not happen while I was cutting for the Pans or before going to the sevens thank god or I would have felt very bummed out and gutted big time.

That sucks about your accident rat attack. Do you have high visibility clothing for when you're riding? You should consider buying a vest or something so people can see you easier. You can also get flashing lights and stuff, I dunno if you had some already but the safer the better. You gona just go off panadol cold turkey?? Did you sort a pct?

wish you all the best in your rehab GR and thankfully it wasnt too serious. Don't rush it to get back in the gym. Take care.

Yes I was wearing my high visibilty vest at the time when it happend and most of all I was wearing a hemlet which was good.Yes I am off panadol now which is good news.When I do get back to the gym I am going to ease back into.

Last night I stoped using my crutches since I am starting to head on the road to being normal again.Manged to sleep well last night will going for small walks just mostly going out to check the mail and walk around my back yard by taking small steps.Starting to miss going to the gym lots but it will nice to be back at the gym when I am back to full health and being normal.

Today started back to doing normal stuff around the house like doing my own washing.Had my first shower at home since I need it have one plus manged to get in and out of the bath tub with out any pain which was good.Had no pain when I bend town to pick up one of my WWE DVD's off the floor.Text my trainer and asked about should I go back to having my having my fish oil and multis since I am off my pain realife meds.My trainer said yes abouslutley it definitley wouldn't hurt,started taking my fish oil and multis again.Will be taking the rest of my supplements that I take when I am back at the gym plus being back to full normal health

Been having a couple of bad days while I am recovering from my accident  like feeling shit or sad at times since my mind has been thing this is starting to suck when I should be doing normal stuff like going to the gym.Keeping my options open for the sevens hopefully I will be back to full health by then if not I will have to pull the pin which would suck majorly but I will cross that path when it gets closer to the time.Went into work to pick up secret santa gift  from work which was a mouse pack which was funny plus manged to walk up the stairs with out any problems.

Opened one Xmas present day which was 50 years of WWE on DVD which I got from my brother.Started watching it and it six and half hours long.It has lots of cool matches on it like the first ever Royal Rumble etc .Had tea in town with my dad went to Nandos for the first time since Aucks or the night before the Pans.One thing I have notice about Xmas is I don't feel excited comapre to previous years since I am injured and can't do much as well.

Had a good day yesterday got what I wanted plus did some good online shopping as well from Itunes.Managed to spend 70 dollars in one go while I was on Itunes got Wrestlemaina 29 the music,Lady Gaga's new artpop,Ice t return of the Vi,Ice t you play,LL cool J mama said knock you out, and John Cena basic thuganomics.Thought yesterday cant go to the gym to burn  off my xmas food but will be able to to go the Boxing day sales will class that as cardio and I hope some nut case dose not bang into my hemotoma on my left hip and if the day I am going to be pissed or fucked off

Went into town this after lunch  and bought the 2014 Lady Gaga calander and Wrestlemaina 4 DVD plus I can remember watching Wrestlemaina 4 on VHS at one of my friends when I use to live in Canada  when I was a kid..Walked home from town which wasn't to bad expect for when I walked past the spot where I got knocked off my.Had to stop and gather myself before moving on.Booked into to see my Dr on Monday  to see what the next step is like phyiso or what ever that may be ..Since I have been off training notice that Iam looking a bit small but that will change when I get back to normal training after I ease back into it for the first two weeks

Starting to get use to walking past the spot where I got knocked off my bike.Thought today when I was out for a walk that must be normal for one when dose have a accitent when walk past the the spot where they got injured and has time goes on it makes things easier by forgetting  about it

This morning went to my DR and asked  about when I can go back to the gym including riding my bike and work.Got told  by my Dr that I have to do upper body for the first two weeks then slowy easie back into training quads and hamstring.In the mean time will be going for my walks to build my legs again before I can easie back into training quads and hamstrings.Will be starting phyiso soon which will be after the hoilday break.

Looking forward to heading back to the gym on Monday plus it will sure beat the hell out of what I have been doing for the past three weeks by watching my DVD's and getting bored out of my mind.When I was out for my walk came up with a phrase for Monday which is finaly Gym Rat is back at the gym sweet happy new year guys

Went for a nice walk this afternoon which was mostly around my part of Dunedin.It was a combo of walking down hill and up hill.Didn't feel any tightness in my calfs which is good news.Hope that 2014 is better year for me since last year was a up and down year for me.Since I have got a few days left before I have to go back to work next Wednesday I am going to make the most of it while I can given that I have been not been able to do much during the hoildays.I am going to start looking around for a new bike on Friday when the shops open again.

Yesterday when I was out for my walk came up with four day split  for the two weeks back at the gym.Which will be upper body only before moving on to lower body when I am on my third week back at the gym.Saw one person out on there bike when they biked past me thought I can not wait to do that plus it will be hard for me at first but as time goese on it will get easy for me.My four day split is

Monday chest

Tuesday back

Thursday Shoulders

Friday arms

Went into town after lunch to pay my fine of 150 dollars at Westpac, After I was done walked to R&R sport to check out there bikes most of the bikes that I saw were three or four grand thought that is way out my price range.Went over the road to Cycle world and came across a very cool mountain bike which has 24 speeds fat tiers checked it out and  said to one of the people who work in cycle world will think about that.Will have to get a new hemelte as well started doing that as well.Walked back from town in the rain stopped off at mates house on the way home for a visit

I am booked in to see my trainer on Thursday plus my trainer was pleased to hear that I was eating clean during my time off from training while I was recovring .It will be interesting to see if my body fat has stayed the same while I was injured or on the sidelines from training.Was thinking today about going back to body balance or not.thought might as well plus it will help streach  the muscle where my hematoma was..Will have to write what clean foods that I had while I was off from training into my food log book.Notice that my quads are looking small but that will change over a peroid of time once I slowly increase my weights for when I train quads and hamstring on seprate days including biking up hills on my new bike.Which I am excited about buying tomorwo

Yesterday was Chest and first day back at the gym

DB incline press 1x15 18kg's,3x10-15 22kg's,24kg's,26kg's

Flat Db bench press 3x10-15 22kg's,24kg's,26kg's

Pec deck 3x10-15  39kg,42kg,50kg

Cable cross over FST-7 7x15 50kg pps for the seven working sets

Before I the gym spen the morning with one of my mum's co workers partners who help me look for a new bike.Went to there house first to have a look at one of there bikes which I thought about buy.Walked to cycle world from there house and bought 24 speed mountian bike for 725 including a new hemlet.I didn't find it to hard being back on the bike after my crash still was extra careful.When I got back came up with a phrase for me being first day back at the gym which was finaly Gym rat has come back to Les Mills Dunedin..When I arrived at the gym notice that I looked a bit small but that will change when I get back to normal.Had good first chest train back kept things easy being my first day back plus will be doing that for the first weeks back .While I was training it is nice to be back at the gym plus it sure beats the hell out of what I was doing for the past four weeks..When back to cycle world after the gym and got a back light for my helmet .My quads were a bit sore when I got home figured that after not be able to do much for four weeks.Just about needed a zimmer frame when walking around home including when sitting down on the loo. Eats for yesterday were

Breakfast one cup of oats with two eggs,one banana,two tsp of flaxseed,one cup of yoghurt,two toast with peanut butter,protein shake,fish oil,multi

Morning tea banana and glass of water

Lunch one cup of pasta with two cups of mixed veggies,one cup of beans,185g of tuna,fish oil, creatine

Afternoon tea/Post training protein shake with foot long roasted chicken sub

Tea pasta with a veggie tomato base sauce,milk,fish oil,

Before bed protein shake
