Body balance today Before the class I caught the last few overs of last night's 20/20 HRV cup game between the Aces and the Firebirds from Eden Park on one of the TV's at the gym.Class was good.Forgot to bring a towel with me so I could have a shower after balance oh well.Wondered a around town for a bit after words plus town was busy with cruseship in town plus graduation was on as well.Had George Pie for lunch.Was thinking of having  cheat meal for afternoon tea when I was biking home from town thought nah instead stopped off at Gardens New world to pick up a can of tuna in brine. Eats for today are

Breakfast one cup of oats with two eggs,one banana,two tsp of flax seed,one cup of yoghurt,two toast with peanut butter,protein shake,one fish oil,multi

Morning tea handful of raisons,creatine,500ml of milk

Lunch pie combo which is steak and cheese pie,chips,fanta one fish oil

afternoon tea two rice cakes topped with 2 table spoons of peanut butter,two table spoons of tuna,banana

Tea pasta mixed with avacado,tomato cheerys handful of low fat ham,two carrots,milk one fish oil

Before bed protein shake one spud

Rest day today

Today felt rather strange with out any rugby on prime for me to watch.Was going to watch the reply of the league world cup final until I noticed on the stuff website that the Kiwis got smashed instead watch the rest of Family guy season two on DVD instead.Was looking at the calander on my phone and thinking about when I have to start cutting for the Pans.Thinking of starting to diet down sometime in late May not to sure when but I am going leave that part to my trainer and see if that is a good option.Starting to kind of miss doing Sh'bam on a Monday which was one my fave classes when I was cutting something to look forward to when I have to start doing that again when it comes to that time which is a while down the road or when I start climbing the mountain to the 2014 Pans.Emailed two of my friends in the States today and told them that I have been training like a madman for the Pan's and plus coming close to feeling sick when leaving the gym plus all part of the fun when building towards next.Wrote the date for the Pans in my phone today which is August 9th NABBA/WFF Pan pacifc champs the cost of redemption opteration 100% pure twisted evile.Eats for today are

Training was good this morning and while I was  training  notice a small ball of greace on inside part of my right k my to not to sure how it got there.Had to get a tissue from the cardio area to wibe it off. so I could countine on with the workout.Before I went to the gym I signed the Xmas card to my trainer when I see my trainer. next Monday.14 days of work left for 2014 which is nice and looking forward to Xmas.A few of my co workers asked me what I thought of the league world cup final after I only saw footage of it on the news thought shit house plus one thing I can not get my head around which the final being played at Old trafford at Wembley which would have been a better option  plus more safeer for the players as well.

Training was good this morning and while I was training I thought I am on the road to the 2014 Pan Pacific champs plus dreaming of being a contender for the overalls which is one of my goals for the new year.Kind of thinking of dates when I have start cutting full time like the first week of May or mid may or late may but I am going to talk to my trainer about that to see what the best option is for that.Found out at work today that secret santa will be next Thursday thought that gives me more time to think of gift and the limted is ten dollars.Speaking of work it was a warm one with the sun coming through the windows had to put the fans on while i was cleaning the treadmills.

Training was good this morning took me a just over a hour to train back plus it was warm one.Before I went out the door I sent xmas email to Eat me to thank for there great service for this year and I got given Xmas bouns points which I thought was a very nice Xmas present plus very kind of spounsor.Sent a text message to my trainer and asked about I have to start cutting for the Pan which will be 16 or 12 weeks out plus this time around more time to experiment carb load protocols which I have not done before plus something for me to read up..When i see  my trainer on Monday which will give my trainer  a better idea when I have to start cutting full time.Notice that the Warriors are at home on the week of the Pans hope it is a Sunday game just like the last time.

Had a good train this morning expect for ten minutes into my session.My head phones for my Ipod died on me thought bugger and shit on the plus side the gym was planing good music which was good like Dance music which is in my league when it comes to music.Thought I will have to make a trip to Nole Leamings after the gym to get new phones for my pod.Notice today that my gym got a new cable cross over for the mixed gym which is massive a bigger then the old one.When I walked by it when it was being set by workers from Life fitness thought looking forward to using that.Town was a bit busy with people doing there Xmas shopping and a cruse ship in as well.Found out at work today change of venue for the Xmas work do which the Thai over resturant that's cool with me plus I love Thai food yum.

Hey Guys  I have got some bad news to share with you guys which is.When I was biking to the gym this morning and going through a intersection in my part of Dunedin a car going 20 to 30 kph knocked me off my bike went flying and landed on my left hip.People in my area came to help and checked to make sure I was ok.The police asked me diffrent questions like my age,date of birth etc.Got taken to A & E  in the amblance .Got checked out by the Dr's and nurse plus they were amazed at the size of my quads.Went for a x ray and no broken left hip thank god which was one of my worrys when it happend.I have got a massive hemotma on left hip which is about the size of a rugby ball.The only training that I will be doing is phyiso for two weeks plus no gym for two weeks boo and bugger.

Thanks guys for your wishes while I am recovering from my hemotoma.Got my dad to take my bike down to cycle world to get my biked check out.My bike has a cracked frame bugger and shit.I was thinking yesterday during this time I will use any champion bodybuilder who has been injured including any past or present All Black as  a roll model.Got my wrestling DVD's to keep me busy during this time while I cant train so I wont get bored out my mind.Texed one of co workers today and told them sorry I cant come to the xmas work do and wont be coming in on Thursday for Secret Santa and figured it would be hard for me to walk up the stairs with crutches.Asked my trainer today what's the best way to go about eating during my recovery which is eating clean during this time and eating lots of fruit and veggies etc yum.Went around to one of my mums co workers house to have a shower which was a walk in shower plus it sure beat the hell out of having a sponge bath which would have taken a while for me to do since I am a big dude.

Hey guys I have got more bad news to tell you guys which is.Yesterday afternoon I got rang up by the poilice told me that I will be getting fined for failing to giveaway and the police were sorry to hear about the frame on my bike after I was done talking to the police on the phone.I thought bull shit and I was pissed off about that.When I got up this morning the laws in this country are shit house or they suck

Last night around half past seven last night started to get bad muscle spasms in the area where my massive hemtoma is.The pain lasted for a a couple of hours was fine.But when I got up this morning the area looked swollen  thought a trip to A&E would be a good idea.Didnt have to wait long in A&E which was good news.Got checked out by one of DR's and told told to lay off the Ibprofin. and have my bad leg up.Emailed the grandparents etc and told them  the latest news  since Friday one of uncles said that is just wrong by the police to do that when I am one that is suffrering and in pain.Cheers Michale Knight for posting that video by NWA.Not eating much in the way carbs while I am off from training just mostly having carbs with breakfast ,lunch and tea and protein which my trainer wants me to do including protein as well. including having simple carbs as well and drinking lots of water as well

Shit, sucks to hear that Gymrat! In any case I am thankful and hope you are too that you only got away with 2 weeks off of gym and a measly fine.. that's not to say that what happened doesn't suck but things could have been much worse bro.

Thanks bro for your wishes.I am also glad that I am ok and at the time I was wearing my bright yellow vest and hemlet thank god and the main is that I am alive and breathing.If I do see that person who knocked me off my bike they should be very scared of when I get back to full training or opening a 12 pack of whopp ass in the gym Gym Rat style

This morning woked up in a lot of pain and I was crying because of the pain was very painful.The pain felt like someone took a cricket bat and wacked it against my leg or it was like when WWE superstars fall through a table in a TLC match.Went to my Gp this morning to get some better pain killers so far it seems to being do the job.Asked my trainer about what is the best way to go back to training when I can go back to normal trainer and got told to do high reps  for the first two weeks before going back to normal training after two weeks.Thanks guys I am enjoiying seeing your well wishes to me while I am recovering from my accident

Feeling a bit better today pain wise manged to have a good nights sleep plus no pain when I had to get up in the middle of the night to go the loo hopeful I will be on the home straight to being back to normal full health.All good realtalk no worries bro.There is less pain for when I get up or sit down which is good news as well

This morning I got a text from, my Dad saying that my bike is a write off and thought bugger and very bumbed out about it.I have had enough bad luck for a while and hope to have run of good luck..Looking forward to being back to normal like going to the gym and feeling the burn in my arse raz

Yesterday  got a nice surprise  from one of my mum's co workers which was 400 dollars going towards my new bike.Starting to feel bord like shit being on the sofa all day.Got my from the Pans in the mail today thought it was cool watching my routine.At some stage might up load it to youtube for you guys to watch..Hopefuly I will be back at the gym next week I hope and fingers crossed and pray
