Was being a douche after my workout tonight, so my friend took a 'we got a situation' pic and uploaded it to fb.

Difference is well over a year, but I don't diet.. I eat mostly Paleo with a decent helping of chocolate and icecream..and subway cookies.

Backstory - was fit, got pregnant a few years ago and ate cheeseburgers, lost all the weight but was skinny fat, now im trying to build muscle and get bigger.

Good effort. What do you do (exercise-wise) in a week for those results?

Crossfit workouts mixed with heavy (for me) strength work :)

But honestly it's only started becoming noticeable since I quit having junk food on the reg - try to keep it to twice a week now.

Great effort. Been thinking I need to start crossfit all year - this might be my final proof! Up til now been doing strength/weights 2x wk and cardio or soccer/touch rugby 2-3 times/week - am definately getting results results but not as fast as I'd like

This shows to ALL women out there that having a baby DOES NOT mean you will lose your body. It's what you do after the baby is born that matters.
