Losing gains

You'll still get some water retention from the test.

As long as you eat enough cals and protein man you should keep a good amount of the gains. Keep training hard and eating hard.

You'll loose a bit of water, and the glycogen uptake into the muscle wont be so great so they will look less full, but still the actual muscle gains and strength you've worked hard to build will still hang around. Dont stress it man, you'll still have great gains and look much different coming out the end of that cycle

HCG is nice, but not necessary. Daz will vouch that HCG may not even work that well, and at the price you can generally get it for, is it even that cost effective?

If you have it you should be running it through your cycle to keep the testes online.

After tren you prob want clomid, as tren is quite suppressive (dose dependant)

With a 19-nor you might want to finish 2 weeks before your Test, then start PCT 2 weeks after your last pin of Test... I don't think 19-nors like being taken too close to Nolva/Clomid...

If I decide to run it into my comp, I will have to go off for 4 weeks and then there will be another 18 days before the comp that will be able to go on.

Look like this then:

Week 1 to 13 tren e, 2 times a week with albuterol 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Start tren week 11 to 13 for 3 weeks.

Then go off for 4 weeks, but can use winny during those 4 weeks.

Then finish the cycle with a 2 week dose of test, tren, albuterol and winny going into the comp.

don't know why ppl worry so much about burning muscle after a cycle, as long as diet is adequate then there's no problem....

water retention usually gets lost quick resulting in a drop in weight but who cares about that

yer but it depends how big u are huge going fully off ull drop kgs and kgs of real muscle

f*ck cycling lol

I would be using TestE or Sust in with the TrenE first 13 weeks.

Change to TrenA, Prop. Albuterol & Winny at wk 14 & run right up to your comp day. Its pointless coming off for 4 weeks as the TrenE is still in your system for 2 wks after the last shot. Use lower doses & run all the way will give you best results IMO
