I dose 3 times a day Daz.

Take a 75mg Aspirin in the morning and 3 times throughout the day ill go 200mg Caffiene and 16mg Ephedrine (600mg caffiene and 48mg Ephedrine total). Once I start getting used to it I plan ramping up to 24mg Ephedrine 3 times a day.

Id say you're right, I'm pretty caffiene insensitive so it must be the Ephedrine that buzzes me out. Do you cycle it on and off when you use them Daz or just keep running them week on week?

I took mine first thing, it had me buzzing most of the day, but at 60mg it was a lot higher than your daily total... Any later and I couldn't sleep...

I was told not to bother cycling, but I did notice after the first week the buzz wasn't as intense..

I was back in the UK for a month, so just took it everyday..

I was planning on using the eca stack for the 2 weeks in between albuterol cycles but I'm only planning on cutting for 4-5 more weeks anyway so I think ill just run it all the way thru or until I get over it.

Yesterday was a rest day, today was Shoulders.

I feel stupid to say that I've trained for over 10 years and I've only just discovered the Hook Grip. Can't believe how much better this feels than traditional over/over or under/over grips. Can't wait to pull some heavy deads and see how my new grip technique holds out.

My diet is supposed to be 300/300/50 with a bit of leeway to move around but I calculated what my macros were yesterday (and its been similar diet the ladt week or so) and due to hardly any appetite I was only 250/150/40. Thats less than 2000 calories, Probably the lowest calorie intake I've had in years except for the last couple if weeks of my cuts. Not ideal for maintaining my 100 odd kilos of lean mass but I don't appear to be losing muscle and the fat is moving so ill keep an eye on it.

I just don't understand where my appetite has gone. I have run similar levels of anabolics and been absolutely ravenous. I am running a new brand so that might have something to do with it. I'm definitely not complaining because Its making dieting really easy \:D/

I also have ordered some melanotan today so hopefully I can join the stereo sonic crew by New Years :pfft:

Went for a run/walk tonight too. First one in a couple if months, surprised myself with how well I went. 30 minutes later felt okay :)

How much Eq are you running? That's should be keeping you hungry as hell.

With your Shoulder Presses. Do you go to chin level or all the way down?

Just 400mg a week of EQ I Declare war and I only started it last week. But in saying that it has never affected my appetite before anyway, even at higher doses. GHRP-6 did the same, didn't affect my appetite at all. As I say, not complaining :D

With my shoulder presses I always go down to the chest, it's an old habit. I've been told going down to just chin height or slightly higher keeps the weight focused on delts but if I can get a bit if upper pec activation in there too then Im gonna keep doing it. Plus delts are hardly my weak point anyway lol.

Couldn't shut me up lol..

I've heard its quite effective cycling with albuterol or clen.. Saves taking ketotifen every third week to stop beta-receptor downgrade with clen, plus you'd probably avoid any receptor downgrade with the ephedrine by cycling on off...

I was quite disappointed by how quickly its effects became less apparent after the first week or so...

If I was bulking I might be inclined to run EQ higher but it is just a little bit of icing on the cake of everything else in my stack.

Today I trained back. I had my second shot of slin, went with 8iu as I felt nothing on 6iu earlier in the week. I hadnt eaten many carbs thru the day so i had my pre workout meal containing 40g carbs and intended on training pretty soon after they but got held up and didn't train till 2.5hrs later. No problem I thought, I had my carb drink containing 80g carbs during the first 10 minutes of training.

I started to feel really woosey and light headed at this point so I had a breather even though I had a couple more exercises to get thru. I started getting really sweaty, pale and feeling crook. Was I going Hypo? To be safe I grabbed some coins out of my gym bag and went to the vending machine to get a carb drink. My hands were shaking and I dropped a few coins. Got the drink, skulled it back and sat down. I had a chocolate bar in my bag so I ate that. Sat there for about 10 mins feeling crap. Then got thru it. Still felt too shit too continue training so I left it there.

Learnt my lesson. I'm definitely going to make sure I get enough carbs in me before I train on slin days :doh:

Got sick on the weekend which is very rare for me. Some kind of cold I think, felt pretty run down too.

I listen to my body so i have done little training but a bit of arms last night and light cardio each day, Nothing special. Feeling better now and appetite has come back a bit. Looking forward to hitting it hard again from tomorrow.

I've been off cycle for about the past year and have decided to jump back on.  Before I went off my strength had gone through the roof and I saw putting up some big numbers (280kg x 5 squat, 200 x 3 bench etc) and still maintained a hard lean physique.

When I came off I lost a bit of muscle and put on quite a bit of fat.  Training has been very sporadic at best but strength wasn't too bad.

My new cycle is for the sole purpose of leaning up and getting a little bit of strength back.  

I started 2 weeks ago.  I was 121kg 3 weeks ago.  Today I am 115kg.  Diet is absolutely on the money.

400 EQ

Kickstarted with 40mg dbol/day for 2 weeks

I've dropped the dbol and adding in tren ace @ 300mg/week 

Clen and T3

Anavar @ 60mg/day

Hygetrophin HGH @ 5iu/day x 5 days per week

Will log progress.

Ive started the HGH @ 2iu in one hit in the morning per day.  Would like opinions on how other people would run it.  ATrollappears your input would be valued

Interesting points there Troll but I prefer to kickstart my cycle with a decent whack of test.   Will drop it a bit later on, have had decent results cutting on low test.

I have had friends have seriously bad sides from IGF-1.  I had some on had but gave it away because I don't want to end up in hospital like they did.

I tried running the HGH at 5iu/day and after 4th day I saw asleep on my feet all the time, felt foggy and horrible so I dropped it out.  Started back on with 2iu/day then I will work my way up

I seem to be having a bad reaction to the hygetrophin though, getting red itchy lumps at the injection point, kind of like mosquito bites.  I mix my vials with 1ml of BAC water, I have read that this can be quite common and there are ways around it like intramuscular injection as opposed to sub-q and even diluting with 2ml of BAC water instead of 1.  Going to try figure it out this week.

Bodyweight was 117kg @ 16% a couple of weeks ago, would estimate I have dropped at least another 2-3% in the last couple of weeks, ive really been hammering the diet and added the clen back in.  Bodyweight is about the same 116-118kg but huge physique changes already.

My strength was taking a while to come back but it seems to be returning.  

Some highlights this week were

160kg x 10 reps Benchpress

60kg x 16 reps Incline DB press

50kg x 15 reps Seated DB shoulder press

220kg x 12 squats

If I keep progressing I think my physique and strength will surpass my previous best within the next 8 weeks.  Having the extended break off may have been the best thing I ever did :)

There is even the possiblity of entering the Auckland IFBB champs in August if everything lines up.  Will only compete if challenging for an overall title though.
