Carbs before bed?

i dont think its a problem if your trying to bulk alot of people say no but try it and see if it works for you, sum gain too much fat but if your naturally lean try it 4 a while.

only my opinion alot of people will disaree im sure.

Oh I think I see, they go to fat as you don't need the energy when you sleep?

This is correct although if you're working out at night time you should always have some complex carbs in your PWO meal.

I lost quite a bit of bf dropping the carbs (apart from green veges) for a few months last year (some of which has been put back on the last month or so due to me not training & eating loads of crap :oops:).

I'm starting a bulk tomorrow so will be eating my spuds, rice, toast whatever before bed.
