Today I worked on Back

Seated Unilateral Cable Row

Warmed up thru the stack slowly. Ended up working at full stack.

295lbs for 4 sets of about 8-12 reps alternated arms

Bent-over Dumb Bell Rows

55kg aside for 1 set of 15 reps. Was too light... so worked at:

67kg aside for 3 sets of 8-10 reps

Close-Grip Lat Pulldowns

100kg for 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Wide-Grip D-handle Lat Pulldowns/contractions

Only did the first 10" or so of the rom, hits the upper and outer section of the lats well.

100kg for 3 sets of 8-12 reps

15 minutes of ab crunches

30 minutes of stationary bike

10 minutes of stretching

Felt strong as hell today.

So yea, Cialis produces a killer workout - figured that out by accident. Man, back feels nice and tender today.

Not recommended to use Cialis for workouts tho... today I've been getting nosebleeds! :( Been feeling a bit on edge last few days ... damn stuff tipped it over the edge.

Today I did

- Abs for about half an hour

- Stationary bike for an hour (need to up the intensity some more next time!)

- Stretching lats out for about 20 minutes

Tomorrow is Chest and Biceps. Can't wait. Lol enjoying my workouts lately. :)

It's alright if you get the dosage right... I think I way overdosed as I was sampling some raw powder. :pfft:

Working out's been going OK.. dropping weight at the moment as to be expected.

Did Biceps then Chest on Monday

Yesterday Legs with Hamstrings as the focus + Abs and Cardio

Today Triceps followed by Back

Seated Dip Machine

Worked up to full stack

127kg 4 sets of 8 - 12 reps

Felt it more in my chest fuark my chest got pumped lol

Backed down the stack over several sets to half stack about 30 reps there

Tricep Straight Bar Pushdowns

Up to 3/4 stack and 15 reps for about 5 sets

Did some rope pull downs to finish triceps

Seated Cable Rows

Worked up to full stack

293lbs for 4 sets of 10 each arm

Dumbbell Rows

Jumped straight in at 67kg and did 6 sets of 10-12 each arm

Had to leave the gym at this point for a work appointment.

Came back several hours later and continued...

One arm Lat Pull down

Worked up to full stack 293lbs and did several sets then dropped down a bit and did some more higher rep sets

Close-Grip Lat Pull down

Jumped in at 220lbs (100kg) and went to failure

dropped one plate on the stack at a time until 90lbs each time going to failure. Good burn out sets at the end.

Half an hour on the stationary bike and then some abs to finish off

Nice workout today, those dumb bell rows really hit my lats well!

Training's going good. Still on hiatus, running TRT dosage :)

Weight is sticking around the same, but I'm leaning up. 40 mins cardio post workout and a 40 minute walk during the day.

Running some albuterol (feels exactly like Clen?!) at the moment, it's keeping my workouts intense. Felt like I was going 100mph in the gym today, like fuark could push myself into a grave if I wanted. Fun training like that. :P

Did legs yesterday, nothing special. Focused on Hamstrings.

Arms today

Rope Pulldowns to warm the triceps up

Worked down the stack pumping 20-30 rep sets, lactic acid burn was harsh

Seated Tricep Dips

Jumped in at 3/4 stack

Worked at full stack

127kg 6 sets about 12 at first down to about 8 on the latter sets

DB Bicep Curls up the rack in-between sets of Dips

Up to 20kg about 10 reps aside

Dropped back to 3/4 stack on Seated Tricep Dips and switched to Hammer curls and went further up the rack. Did about 4 sets here of each

EZ-Bar Curls

Pyramid up to 60kg for 3 sets of 10, then back down a 5kg plate aside until two plates left

Rope Pull downs superset into the EZ-Bar Curls above

Worked down thru the stack to 150lbs. 12-15 reps per set

40 minutes on the bike

Tomorrow stretching and Cardio + Abs or possibly Chest if I'm feeling up to it

Shoulders

Did DB Front Raises, DB Side Raises, Seated DB Rear Delt Flyes

Seated Dumbbell Presses

42.5kg 10, 8 Felt easy... full ROM, next week 45kg's for sure.

30kg a handful of sets about 15 reps each, focusing on the bottom part of the press, gotta build that part up if I wanna be pressing the 50's by the end of the month.

EZ-curl Bar Upright Rows

30kg 5 sets of 15-20
