140/90 is my " normal" reading, which I believe is borderline high. My Dr has not suggested any meds.

A few months ago had 150 something/110, however were under a bit of stress at the time. Should probably take aspirin daily to reduce stroke risk, being an old bugger - 45.

make sure you're not taking too many stimulants, and keep a clean diet to avoid high blood pressure.

highest my blood pressure has ever been was when i gained 20kgs in 2 months with bf approx 20%

i was drinking 4L milk ED, 2 pizza ED, dbol & test ED, eating every 1-2 hours. packing it on bro. wouldn't do that again tho, but a good experiment on myself to see what the results of doing that were lol

the sust & deca help keep the body very healthy imo so just make sure everything else is in check mate

Are you retaining water?

What is your interpretation of through the roof?

All of this^^ but certain compounds tend to raise BP by 10-20 points at both ends although the diastolic (lower one) pressure, is often up as it reflects the resting heart rate which can be increased by body metabolism with gear. Boldenone is one & some orals like Anadrol & Dbol to some extent. Often a cycle of Test & orals will bump up things somewhat but they can be addressed by diet, Anti-Es & cardio.

Test-E 500mg/week..... Deca 400mg/week.... Oxy 25mg/day Dbol 20mg/day.. 8.1% BF......

175/95 heart beat/min 98..... Doctor went ballistic... :grin:

That is slightly better than mine... With this cycle I have gained 15kg (95-110kg) and was not exactly a clean bulk either. Bodyfat has gone up must be sitting around 18%

Doc said it was lower, but I doubt it's lower than that tbh.

I have started drinking heaps more water and cutting all fatty foods also cardo in mornings (joy)

Will get it re done in the next few weeks...

didn't one bber in sydney die a couple years back from a test-e & clen cycle? heard this one in my gym from a decent source - was an experienced pinner but hadn't done the two together before.. .

I feel it isn't that bad. 80 BPM when standing. Not sure on actual pressure but it isn't pounding my head.

LMAO Classic...pounding the head is not the perfect indicator Severe. Might pay to invest in a BP monitor. You can get wrist ones ..Omron is good brand for $50 - $100

Damn. I have a strong beat, so maybe my perception of what is normal and what is high may be distorted. Denial maybe? cheers

Wife been away for 1 week got tested this am and 120/75 - problem solved , changing the locks this weekend :D

So the BP760 unit should do the job well enough??

Seems to come with 9-17" sleeve unlike the cheaper units (9-13" only).

Per the ad it comes with an AC adaptor and doesn't come with an AC adaptor... will have to ask a few questions before any purchase me thinks.
