had chucked up some photos almost 2 months back. cant figure out how to link them, was just about to end a semi-bulk and started to diet down. Again i cant pose for S**T so aologies in advance :P I also realise that the photos are in different lighting so couldnt be 100% sure of changes. but so far happy with progress would be guessing i would be sitting at around 11-12% BF would love to get down to 7-8% by January without losing too much mass. Before photo was weighing 117kg and current photos taken last week im sitting at around 109kg. have been dieting for about 7 weeks now and have reduced carb intake as the weeks have gone by.

Any tips or advice i would appreciate, anything motivating that keeps me going always helps! :nod: cheers!!

Mint I like the samoan tattoo's but don't have any islander blood, 4 generations welsh!

I know of a few people that have island/maori tatts, and have no connections what so ever. however i know they do appreciate the the cultural side/meaning of the tattoo, suppose it comes down to the individual i dunno...

BTW, there's a free photo editor called Photoscape where you can create montages easily by just drag and drop. I use another program personally but that's probably the easiest program to combine photos. Just letting you know cos you look like you had some trouble

My bad SG i dunno the conversion rates lol there are heaps of big league players in my grade probly not as tall, but still sit me on my arse! haha

what was yr diet like?

Thanks vracula! Still dieting at the moment a typical day would look like this.

M1 1/2 c oats, 12 egg whites

M2 250g chicken, greens, handful of almonds

M3 (pre workout) same as M2.

M4 post workout shake 50-60g whey and 50g simple carbs

M5 300g chicken, 4 egg whites, greens

M6 made a lite cottage cheese, lite cream cheese and weight watchers jelly desert mixed with whey, i have two servings before bed. Works out to be 160 cals and around 25g of protein and bugger all carbs.

Daily intake works out around 3500cals i wrote down the macros somewhere but cant remember exactly.... Something like 320g protein 150g fat and around 70g of carbs.
