Hi, well as the PM told me I'm introducing myself!

I'm 25 from Palmy and have come from a competitive mountain biking background. Over the last year or so I have been suffering from severe adrenal fatigue and have had to work on cleaning up my diet as part of my recovery program. Research into what I should be eating has led me to the point where I am super keen to start proper weight training and clean eating. I would really love to compete one day but I have a long way to go!

Hiya!

I'm 150cm and fluctuate between 50 and 55kg. My goal is 45kg with a bf% of between 10 and 15%.

I don't have a exercise routine yet, trying to find someone to help me out with that as I am hesitant to start lifting proper weights without advice on technique. I am looking for a trainer in Palmy to help me out, hopefully someone who understands my current limitations. Am working on diet with information I have found online, still trying to find ways to up my protein intake.

support is key when you start, finding someone who has done the hard yards before is key to keep you motivated and making the most from your training and diet.

Haha yep should've mentioned that! Trying to find someone local in the know to get some support and advice at the moment.
