How many of you have bridged?

^^ Topic.

Just curious to see if it's common or not among non pros or any pros that might be on here. If you have, any personal experience would be welcomed.

For the record I'm not, I just love hearing experiences and knowledge. I googled around some other forums and there are mixed feelings on the subject so thought I'd chuck it in here :D!

Dunno what it means exactly.

Did 10mths straight on gear last year.

During that time I came off everything except a low amount of Test (300mg/week). Was twice, for a break and for changing job, waste of time staying on and not training hard. With no time in that year to take time completely off-cycle (takes about 6-8wks for my bloods to return to normal) this was my 2nd option.

Is that bridging?

Yep guess so! From my understanding the definition of bridging is basically continuation of cycle at low level so since you stayed on the test I would say so but my understanding is far from that of many people on here so no doubt I'll get a little slap and correction :D!

How did you find the 10 month stint just out of curiosity?

It was easy.

I switched the Anabolics (like Deca / Boldenone) for variety. I used short-acting towards the end (for comp reasons as well as coming off is shorter before u start PCT).

Biggest plus was that I never lost size all year.

Got bloods done twice at the end, once when they were at their lowest and again when I felt like I was normal again. Took 6 weeks for a return to normal (I journal'ed it but from memory my last pin was Oct 20th/21st and was off until start of 2nd week in December when last blood test came back.

I never jumped to 10mths cycle tho. I did 3mths, 4mths, 6mths, then 10. Just to feel the effects of suppression. I get 2-3 days really low, shit-house days, where doc says other hormones (not Test) are also low since they were artificially high while on-cycle. Other hormones that were suppressed bounce back too. That's the only cost for me doing a long cycle and I've learnt to take either DHEA or GHRP-6 with Nolvadex to keep my motivated or hungry during this time to keep those gains.

Hope that helps...I'm at the start of all this again after another 10mth'er this year LOL

So close to 6 months on? Do you find as you get longer in during a longer cycle you need to keep upping the amount of gear or do you stay constant through out?

It seems to be dose dependant, if you stay relatively sensible you might find other hormones don't pose too much of a problem especially if you plan you cycle sensibly and occasionally add low dose Masteron or Proviron to keep Estrogen in check... Rather than increase your gear increasing food might be a better option...

did some bridging this year for the first time. Was on cycle for 12ish week than sat on 200mgEW test for 8weeks then cycled again with different compounds. Finished about 4weeks (PCT included) ago and still suspect im far from returning to natural levels. I understand the temptation of bridging but it only deplays the inevitable and makes it harder to get things going again. I'm still young think i'll leave bridging and cruising for a few years

You should have run your PCT for longer.... 3 weeks isn't long enough...

How soon after the Tren did you start PCT...?

from memory it was around 4-5days. I recall going wait longer but the harsh drop kicked quickly so I started earlier then originally planned.

how long is long is long enough? I know its a bit late now but always will to improve my methods

PCT is advised for a minimum of 4-6 weeks, dependant on length & compounds 8 + weeks is suggested....

Trenbolone, & Nandrolone (both 19-nors)... There has been some discussion regards using SERM's (Nolva, & Clomid) too close to the end of a 19-nor cycle...

I know with Deca (Nandrolone) it is advised to cease pinning two weeks before cessation of testosterone, then two weeks after start PCT of Nolva 20mg & Clomid 50mg..

You used Trenbolone Acetate which has a shorter half-life than Decanoate, not too sure how long you would wait after cessation of Tren to start PCT...

Musclenz could advise......

Progesterone issues, did you get any sides once you finished Clomid/Nolva?
