Speaking of that... I'm trying out some Abombs to finish my cycle up. Going to pop 100mg/day for the next 5 days (did 100mgs today and seems to be all go so far)... *fingers crossed* that it's legit... will know definitely after a few days.. hopefully I can tick it off my list of stuff I need to get for my next blast. :)

Hard orals not a good option I think, just lots of water.

While your on them they good but go off and it's like you never were on them

Had no straps so thought it'd be crap but I made do

Close Grip Lat Pulldowns

210lbs for 5 sets 15,14,13,13,10

Usually this weight feels heavy to me, but today I just killed it!

Dumbbell Rows

52.5kg 5 sets of 15

Seated Close-Grip Cable Rows

140kg 9

130kg 9

120kg 10

110kg 10

100kg 3 sets of 12

That was it... wanted to do more... but I know my limits. Wanna be fresh and cane legs tomorrow!

Was this workout done at Mt Albert?
