An amp up?

Lol it gives a good pump pre workout, but f*ck have a good stash of carbo colas on hand.

When I went thru a patch of doing that I found u couldn't really train my hardest without feeling a little dozy and that's abit scary. If ur training with a low to moderate intensity it will be good. Imo more beneficial to train balls to wall and only use post wo. but That was my opinion of pre workout slin based on my short use.

User to love the post wo though, that's great!
