still pushing boys!

been laying off heaps of cardio

protein before bed ..when i wake up and after workout to much?

diets been steady ..oats etc post work out about 11am then normally hit the gym around 1.30 pm

still pushing

heres a tensing photo been trying to push my legs also slowly beefin up

@ about 65 -66 now must be like 5 + months now ..results kinda showing

looking decent brah. dem traps are strong, overall pretty good balance from a front perspective. keep hitting dem legs hard and bring em up.

Chuck up a back shot bro! otherwise keep doing what your doing :nod:

apprecriate it mate ..harder for the guys with small bone structures ( no excuses) though haha

whats your workout plan bro?

hi bro..

basically just eat good/clean most times even though i eat alot of carbs but i do alot of cardio so i think it might balance it out

as for gym i go to the shitest gym

mostly go 5 days

but i split muscle groups eg back triceps 3 - 4 sets . 8 - 10 reps stepping it up each time last set until failure

2 x legs days , but atm ive tweaked my knee (f*ck)

i also do super sets sometimes also , just to change it up

its damn hard for me to put on weight so just got some normal whey protein .. i took mass gainer for like 4 months straight shit got expensive!!

still want to get to 70kgs .. not a easy task !

alot of work to be done , but from 7 months ago now i can see some good progress!

i still think i need to eat more though to reach 70 kg

im pretty slack when it comes to eating throughout the day mm

any tips on what to eat and when ?

i normally go gym around 1 .30 pm on my break during the week

Take a bag of almonds everywhere and just snack on them whenever you want

still @ it dudes
balancing my soccer stuff with training

tried the ol crossfit around summer .. stole the techniques and gapped it !
nothing against it but i dont see the point in it personally for me ,  already playing a team with and training strengh / bodybuilding

addicted now since my first post being @ Jetts etc ... onto different gym my football club has a free membership @ strong factory new lynn also a member of City Fitness
