Had the pleasure of attending the UKBFF Body-building Championships, Leeds UK at the weekend. I was very impressed by the size and condition of those competing, more so with members of the audience who appeared bigger than those competing... I have enclosed a few pics for perusal:

The black guy who won the 90kg class Ricardo Alexandre Correia over-all winner was huge, but look at the size of the bloke presenting him with the trophy... There is some freaky shit going on over here with hormone and substance use.....

Plus Girlfriends got three weeks of competitions when I get back, so support needed I thinks...
