I'm about to order some MT II myself, will be pissed if it gets nabbed...

If you can get it sent unregistered (no signature) I think it has a better chance of getting in as it comes though different larger mail system to the courier post stuff (I think)

Its an old lab that has recently re-opened, apparently...!!! Not sure if made in the UK, but recently bought there..!!

Labelled as R.O.H.M they had a good reputation, they're very popular again and cheap...
