I think it's unlikely to be gyno - that's usually described as puffy. If gyno gets to the saggy stage, you've got a problem! :P

Cammo's right in that it could be bodyfat. The other possibility is simply poor posture. If your shoulders are drooping inwards, the pecs will be "loose" - and therefore saggy. Try doing more back exercises (particularly rows and shrugs) to pull your shoulders back and your chest up.

As for the creatine, don't expect miracles - it's certainly no miracle drug. It may help your strength and recovery, and if you're lucky you'll get a neat pump in your muscles during your workouts - but that's about it. It won't make you huge overnight... Sorry! :grin:
