Hay all, BIG fan of the forum and after 6 years of training and a ton of reading (incl reading this forum of late) am jumpin into AAS with great excitement!

Stats - 30yrs 5ft9" 78kg @ 10%bf (despite title haha). Training/eating consistantly for near on 6 yrs on all the big lifts Deads, heavy back Squats, horizntal & vertical push pull. 1RMs 160k dead, 125k sq, 120k bench.

As to be expected my lifts have somewhat plataued and despite my big eating mentality I am no longer growing. If I could just experience the kind of growth those first 2 yrs training again I would be sitting at my ideal weight of mid 80's and lean.

Here in lies my conundrem, I have got my hands on 1x vial of Deca however the source I got it from has gone MIA and not come through with the Sustanon and Clomid/HCG I was ideally after.

I know the risks of taking Deca on its own and dont wanna go there. Therefore my plan is this... crash my natural T levels and get TRT thru NZMC and run 200mcg Deca per week at the same time. However I am still left with the issue of no clomid/HCG for my PCT.

Can anyone offer OTC options as an alternative or am I just dreaming??

Ideal first cycle would be:

1-12 Sustanon 250mg twice a week monday and thursday 

1-10 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 300mg once a week 

1-12 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500ius twice a week 

12-16 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm 

No drama if no one can help me out, just thought I would ask since there is a mountain of knowledge here.

12-16 (optional) clomid 25mg ED

Are You sourcing..? I thought there was a world shortage of HCG...?

You shouldn't need HCG anyway on what you are suggesting....

Good luck on the HCG bro, not sure why you wanna pin Sust for a first cycle? Id prob go with some Test E over the Sust bro. :P

Thanx cannon, appreciate it! You know if clomid/Nolva is legit when purchasing over net?? Also, what type of test do they most commonly use when doing TRT?

You can pick up $20,000 iu for $1500.00 cant you?

HCG is great also as you can do the HCG diet which is great at torching bodyfat, although the more body fat you have the higher the doage of HCG, but standard dose is around 500iu a week.

Nothing like a big pair of nuts while juicing instead of a pair of raisins.

Haha well i thought being my first cycle it was suitable then can always bump to 500mcg nxt cycle. I train hard eat big n sleep well so should see summin with 250mcg right??

I think what Snoopy is referring to..

mcg = micro grams....

mg = milligrams.... You should dose in mg NOT mcg.....!!!!!

Your on your first cycle forget front loading with Dbol, forget Deca.....

250mg/week 500mg/week or somewhere in between its up to you but I personally would stay low, you can always increase in future cycles...

Try 0.8ml X 2/week that's more than 250 but less than 500......

Test-E if you can get it...... 12 weeks on..... PCT nolva 20mg/day Clomid 50mg/day 2 weeks after last injection, stay on for 4-6 weeks....

Forget HCG (if you can get it)... You don't need it......

Word over here Snoop is HCG is getting very difficult to get hold of.....

But we do have: Vitagong (alpha-pharma) 5000iu vials....

But supplys are expected to get scarce in the next few months....

My bad mg not mcg, rookie mistake!! Yeah would like to do 0.8mls 2xpw but going through mens clinic I will only get 1ml ea week :-( after more thought thats defy a cycle I would like to do, easy an straight forward PCT with Test only too...

There is a lot of talk on here about 500mg weekly being the holy grail, 500mg's is quite a large amount.

I have known people that have grown on 200mg a week, one dude I know is on 300mg a week.

The reason for this is that he is growing on 300mg a week so why risk increasing his dosages with complications like adrenal fatigue, surpressed immune response and a hyper glucoid profile while he is growing and has no water retention or bloat.

'Test flu' as MuscleNZ mentioned can happen at various dosages it depends on the individual.

Try 200mg-300mg for the first four weeks.

You would have to have a serious catabolic and poor muscle fibre count issue to not grow on 500.

To get massive get plenty of heavy hard training, food and MEAT.

thought by the title of this thread we were talking about not doing a PCT. Hmmm looks like it didnt go that way at all. Was curious on peoples opinions.

I didn't a few times, and the biggest thing I noticed was lack of motivation. I couldn't push past it. And lost over half. Didn't eat too. Was a total emo shitbag. :oops:

Did liquid nolva once and stayed motivated, but still lost a few kgs.

Stayed on, and have no issues. Not worried about anecdotal evidence on sterility, as I had a vasectomy years ago. Not worried about going bald, as I shaved that shit off. Acne? Being a teenager again is sweet as.
