O.K what a stupid title for my next log!!

HOWEVER!!

Following an unsuccessful bout of jaywalking in Wellington which compares favourably to Kabul and the destruction of my cruciate ligament 9 weeks ago and locating an old Cybergenics video while moving house, I decided the only way to play catch-up for my wasted quad was to re-active this old favourite.

So

6 September

Quads

60 kgs x 10

80 kgs x 10

100 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

100 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

100 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

Short rest only

7th and 8th ached like f*ck !

60 kgs x 10

80 kgs x 10

120 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

120 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

120 x 10 drop set 60 x 10 plus deep jumps with 10kg dumbells

Felt great going into this but with short rest should have only gone for 110kgs

Its not quite into the concept yet as the sets should go to positive and negative failure but will have a crack at winding it up properly next week.

Right leg using thick neoprene glove.
