ECA Stack..

I'm currently using an ECA stack as part of a 4 week fat loss program..

This consists of:

Caffeine 200mg

Aspirin 100mg

Naringen 100mg

Ephedrine 60mg

Regarding Ephedrine being a CNS stimulant, its main action being the release of Noradrenaline and Dopamine, I might be inclined to think there might be some eventual down-regulation...

What is the best method of taking ECA, or rather how long is it possible to stay on before some down-regulation occurs effecting results...?

It makes the effects of the shit last longer.

It works really well with caffeine that's why it's in a lot of thermos

plus it lowers the plasma and hepatic cholesterol concentrations by suppressing HMG-CoA reductase and ACAT

Regarding my original question.. How long can you stay on ECA, before possible down-regulation, or some sort of homoeostasis shite occurs..
