time to get bigger and stronger

Br0 not being stupid or anything but is it ok to do the squats on a seperate day from bench and make it 5 day's a week? Obviously no longer sheiko if I do that but I reckon I can actually do it much better that way

nah thats allg, probably a good question.

 

i think at low level like you or me its not gonna make too bad of a difference

 

i would say go for it, if it means you can stick to it and finish all the reps then its gotta be better than what you're doing now

 

following an average program at 100% is better than following a good program at 60% if you know what i mean..

havent really been training arms but they growing faster than when i do train arms lol go figure..

mostly tricep from benching lots i guess

 

getting bigger quite fast, going through shirt size every couple months and all my work pants look ridic cos tight as on thighs and ass , gotta go up sizes, least waist hasnt increased, might look like i lift soon.

 

a lot of it is good weight just going off fact waist is staying same, business shirts loose over stomach/etc but too tight on chest shoulders upper back.

 

also indians at work ask what mass gainer im using (cos if they buy the same one they will grow fast as well, cos magic pills exist)

 

bw hasnt jumped up or down so much, fluctuate between 102 and 105 depending what iv eaten, highest i hit was 107.9 after big day of eating, but thats abnormal

 

gonna find a tape measure and compare to measurements from few months ago

i hate putting on dress shirts now, cross arm risk ripping them across back and arms yet they baggy as fk round waist, end up looking like a midget brick lol

lol yeah the wider i get the shorter i look in work clothes, soon people will start mistaking me for a large midget

I love how the benching looks on this program, looks like its working too

yeah bro its smart, everyone says the bench is a bit easy so i have been overstating 1rms for bench the whole way through.

 

its hard enough to be real worthwhile, but not quite hard enough to fail any reps

bought pizza last night, they gave me wrong pizzas, was actually mean, way better and more $$ worth than what i ordered

 

sent rage email saying my kids wouldnt eat these random pizzas that i didnt order (i dont have kids) and had to go to bed hungry cos too late to take them back and change them

 

got apology phone call, they emailing me 100$ worth of voucher codes

Had a good session this morning but was feeling a bit tired towards the end of the session since I was recovering from staying up late on Tuesday night because of the cricket. Was thinking today that I am going to get a 200cap jar of vitamin c in the second pay peoriod in April and the 100 cap jar of bcaa's in the last pay peorid. Will be ordering the assult in May and figured that in would be a good way to keep cost down instead of buying the three supplements all in one go. Came across surgar free marshmellows in gardens new world on the way home from work. Only six calories per serve thought might have to buy a bag on the way home from work tomorrow

you gotta remember its higher intensity than a bb workout.

Yup if i was doing bb style workouts itd be less weight higher rep. Not necessarily easier or harder just different.

Yup i feel pretty beat up after each workout and the next morning usually achey so i do feel it. Doms is different to bb style workout i think. More just an all over exhausted and sore rather then say "sore legs" after leg day or whatev

on paper it looks like bugger all volume compared to a more typical bodybuilding work out, do you still feel like you had a good work out?

how long a rest do u have between sets

yeah not a lot of volume compared to a bb workout but higher % of 1rm moved for less reps on most lifts

i dont think theres a huge difference in results between the different methods tbh, get stronger doing sets of 10 or sets of 3 really, maybe a few % difference between the two, im just doing cos i enjoy it

allgood bro!

long as ur consistent i dont think it really makes a huge difference how you're training (within reason of course) you're always gonna get bigger and stronger if you are lifting weights and eating enough

did ok for 4.5 hours sleep, couldnt get to sleep last night cos slept in hardout on sunday.

 

i would say some of this peaked at rpe 9 - 9.5, mainly top sets of back squat and bench. as far as i remember this is one of, if not the hardest day in #29 so im just happy to put it behind me now lol, mondays are always hardest too

Before I trained had a hard stimming which helped woke me up after going to bed at 11:35pm which is late for me but it was worth it for staying up for the cricket. Sweat was pouring off me and even on to the floor. Felt a bit tired after words from going to bed late but didn't mind going to bed late because of the cricket

While I was training and resting between sets noticed that my bumbag was entering the region of not making since the zipper was starting to fall apart . Went to Kathmandu after words to buy a new bumbag which was on sale. Looking forward to using the surgar free marshmellows tomorwo when I having a cheat meal for my afternoon tea and should I mention they only have 2g of carbs in them.

Tonight wanted to work on front sq form and try do the non crossed over arm grip cant remember what that grips called but see some strong people do it on ig. That didnt really work so just warmed up then

80kg x 14 rep pb. Killed my abs and upper back. felt good !

Iv been offered a huge career job in perth. Gotta decide over next couple days but i most likely will take it and move mid may. Will probably end up taking a week off training to move but thats okay times in roughly around my planned week off anyway, and gotta put career first anyway so doesnt matter.

Exciting anyway
