The Pirahna Cut Log/Progress

Hey Peeps,

Have decided to join and keep a log of the cut i plan to run for 6 weeks.

Hopefully uploading pics on here and tracking progress will keep me motivated and help me stick to it!

Current Stats

Age: 27

Weight: 105.7kg (at time of pic)

Height: 1.88m

TRAINING

AM Monday to Saturday = Fasted Cardio , 30minutes on X-Trainer 120-130bpm , followed by 15 minutes of abs. 4 exercises 4x 15- 30 reps.

PM = WEIGHTS

Monday: Legs/Traps

Tuesday: Chest/Calves

Wednesday: Back/Forearms

Thursday: Legs/Traps

Friday: Shoulders/Calves

Saturday: Bi/Tri/Forearms

Sunday: REST

(Will vary exercises week to week) Roughly 4x10 rep ranges , focusing on form/technque not weight, 2 up 2 down time frame with 40 sec - 1minute rest intervals between sets. 1.30mins between excercises.

DIET

Pretty boring will most be eating the same shit pretty much everyday.

B = 8 egg whites, protein shake

m1 - 180g chicken breast w spinach w olive oil

m2 - 180g chicken breast spinach w olive oil

m3 - 2x rices cakes 185g tuna

m4 - 2x rices cakes 185g tuna

m5 - 180g chicken breast spinach w olive oil

m6 - 4 whole eggs, casien shake

Everynow and then will swap the chicken for a salmon fillet , or lean peice of steak,

SUPPLEMENTS:

bcaa's (horleys)

metamucil

green tea (2x teabag brew with each meal)

multivitamin

fish oil

vit c

turbo pills (preworkout/ curb any cravings)

Red8 Whey Protein (unflavoured) >5g carbs per 100g

ON Casien Powder cookies and cream flavour

Trainings going good havent slacked off yet will post up pics at end of week, keep getting the craziest cravings for wicked wings from kfc haha but havent gave in yet. Diet is starting to suck ass but mind over matter, i just remind myself that what im eating would be like mcdonalds to the kids in Ethiopia ....... maybe....

I don't understand why you would want to be any leaner, unless you competing soon.

I would rather spend that time growing more!

Naa theatre performance is on the cards where i will be a stripper mate, so wanna look good for the shaaaaawtys ;)

Fair enough!

Well your definitely going to get shredded on that diet!

:pfft: That's got to be a good sign for your theatre career, Piranha! Keen to see the progress.

On that note, you'll find that as you get leaner, the quality of your photography becomes more and more important. It doesn't matter how sharp you are if your photos are blurred. So if you want to show the details as you progress, you'll need to take bigger/better shots. It'll keep Icecream happy, too! :D
