Week 02!!

Deads 160x6-8   ( never been my strongest exercise )

You're on 2150mg/week plus GH, sitting at 100kgs and you can only manage 160kgs Dead'....  Doesn't seem much M8'....

I was doing over 270kgs @ 78kgs when I was 19-20yrs....

Thats correct mate i dont bullshit the numbers even if they are pathetic in your eyes i will however perform 8 sets of that weight but due to x2 serious road bike crashes in 98 and 04, + several MotoX crashes 00-07 x3 serious airlifts and x1 serious jetski crash in 08 i perferated x2 discs, smashed fib/tib, destroyed patella ACL,MDL complete knee recon and still ongoing treatment for my back i can happyly lift 250k but the mechanics of the exercise cripples me due to pressure on my spinal cord from the damaged discs for two wks hence deads has never been my strongest exercise due to my injuries i tend to lean more towards the machines for back, Just started GH 9days ago -2iu am-2iu pm so cant expect much out of that. 270kgs @ 78kgs 19yrs old great lifts good for you!  but sorry mate that was 16yrs ago for me i cant even remember what happened yesterday let alone that far back. :pfft: :pfft:

Awesome effort even doing heavy lifting M8. Keep it up if u can. GH at 4iu ed will be beneficial to your recovery & can help repair tendons, muscle & bone injuries.

Lol@this, if you find this, chuck us a few seeds?

Peptide fragments could be a cheaper way to get that GH up there.
