Hey guys,

Just wanting to know a few things about dianabol. A few people I know have been taking it, but they have never taken it before and I think they have no idea with what they are doing.

I have been offerd it if I wont, but I would like to do some research etc first, not just jump into in like them, so thats why I am hea.

First of all, whats your thoughts on dbol? is it any good?

Also what else should you take while on it? and also after you finish your cycle? any information would be great.

As I said im just wanting 2 know info at this stage, so just asking for some help.

Btw im 24 years old, 1.75, 80kgs and 13% body fat. been at the gym for a few years now.

Thanks everyone and looking forward to your comments.

If your 80kg at 13% and only 24 you can still achieve a lot more naturally before you would even need to consider using gear. Adjusting your training and diet would be smarter imo

thank you, only one that comes out with a good answer. cheers dude

Is it good? Hell yes, it's great. But only under certain conditions.

Plenty of people do it by itself, but this would only be helpful if you stayed on them long term. But as it gives your liver a workout, you can't stay on it full strength full term. When you stop, your excess water retention will go, leaving you depressed at your missing muscle (which was only water).

Used in conjunction with diet, training, rest and injectable aas, it is amazing. 40mg/day for me is a sweet spot.

I even took 10mg/day for 3 months (following the early BBers way) and it helped to keep some weight up while taking that time off from pinning. It was not off-cycle, as such, but just having a break from pinning. I knew it was water though.

Now it is just easier for me to stay on. Just like all the 'natty' guys in this thread.

Is that hard on your liver or not ? i mean 10mg a day isnt much just wondering .

No it's fine to do that luigi... Yet to hear of someone having fucked liver values from 10 mg/ day u could stay on that forever and ur liver wouldn't really get sick providing ur healthy and doing all the other shit right.

Dbol is highly anabolic and will build muscle it's not all just water.

There is no reason for someone to not gain a lot of muscle from a high dose dbol only cycle. It's not all just water.

Dbol only cycles are mostly just a newb thing or a gym group thing where a group of guys will all run one for shots and giggles with no idea on pct or anything really... They would look their gains on 500 mg test pw for ten weeks... It's irreverent. It's not the dbol only cycles that are a waste of time it is the types of ppl who choose to do them that are.

Don't get me wrong their are better options, but I'm talking about the thread subject.

I would do it again. With grapefruit juice, of course.

20 mins prior to consuming Dbol..... obviously...!!

As any health conscious person would

It needs to be in you system about 20mins to work on the CYP3A4 enzyme before you consume the dianabol....

I've read that grapefruit juice only inhibits gut CYP3A4 and this is why it only has the effect to increase bioavailability of orally administered drugs. Because its a post translational inhibition of CYP3A4 i.e. it down regulates CYP3A4 after it has already been synthesized in the cell, it is better to consume it a little closer to taking orals. The best way is to just drink it all day long :pfft:

Dianabol is amazing! Great for using for first four weeks whilst waiting for a substance like Test e to kick in.

You could go longer than four weeks but I personally wouldnt recommend it.

By itself I would not waste my time unless your scared of needles but end of the day though if your serious you will need to face the needle!

Hi Riccardo this is some of what I have:

Method of Action

Grapefruit juice can inhibit the gastrointestinal activity of two enzymes known as cytochrome P450 CYP3A4 and CYP1A2, though the effect on CYP1A2 is minimal. This causes elevated plasma levels of some drugs, because they are able to pass into the bloodstream without being broken down by enzymes in the intestine. Due to variations in enzyme levels in the intestine from person to person, effects will vary.

The specific chemical responsible for this action is not known. There are a few suspects including various flavonoids and other phytochemicals called furanocoumarins. Concentrations of these compounds vary from one batch of juice to another. Higher concentrations are found in white juice compared to red, and the highest concentrations are found in the pulp of the fresh fruit. One glass (200 ml) of fresh juice was found to be equal in effect to two or three glasses of double strength reconstituted frozen juice. This suggests that store bought juice, which is often from concentrate, must be consumed in large quantites to for effects to be noticed. Consuption of 6-8 glasses of fresh juice may lead to inhibition of CYP3A4 in the liver. The potentiating effect of grapefuit juice may last 5 or mores hours after ingestion.

Good find! Interesting to see that white grape fruit is more effective than pink grapefruit too. That article is newer than the one I read, there must have been a lot more research in that time frame.

I've read that article before and while they didn't show that grapefruit juice inhibits liver cytochrome P450, as it was just an in vitro assay, I did a quick search just now and found some research that suggests those grapefruit extracts have a high absorption rate into the blood stream from the intestines so It would make sense that they can act on the liver too. So long as they aren't broken down there.

Hey Riccardo.. This is a popular topic on several underground drug web-sites, I assume because MDMA is first metabolized by CYP3A4 (N-demethylation) to MDA. Both are then metabolized by CYP2D6. Plus a whole lot more Med's and illegals..

Here's a few of the links I have:

Yeah, yeah. I knew where you were coming from. The only time I drank grapefruit juice was when doing dbol.
