just gona keep a journal so i can get in shape for summer and the sun surf and bbqs that come with it..

got a bodyfat test today and i was quite shocked at how large my wintercoat had grown even though ive been training for a few weeks already..

anyhow it was 23% bodyfat at 85kg, im 170cm.

im now going to be working out twice a day by doing a cardio session in the morning and weights in the afternoon and putting my beers away for next month...

anyhow i'll update this each week with a new bodyfat test..

Good on you for starting a journal, hopefully it makes you feel more accountable for any slip ups, thus more likely to stick to your plan :nod:

cheers, yeah just keeping an eye on the diet with this journal and seeing the real bodyfat numbers will remind me i cant cheat as much as i thought and have to do cardio as much as i do weights.

As for diet im cleaning it up even more, less cheat days.

no records to share, max bench is around 115kgs so goal wise if i can add a kg per week to that i'll be happy.

Squatting i suck at so i'll train legs next week and get a start point to work on.

had food poisoning for about a couple of days so wasnt able to get my bodyfat test done or train, i reckon ill be down though as its made me not want to eat food except for protein shakes only.

Ill get it done hopefully monday or tuesday.

my bench before getting sick was 6 reps of 110kgs so maybe in a week when my strength is back up ill see if i can get 7reps.

my deadlift is weak did 120kgs for 10 reps.

once im under 20% bodyfat ill be happy.
