Ok I dnt read journals really.

That's alot of food if its coming mostly from good sources.

Do U eat that amount consistently? Like day after day?

Yeah, I have a food gut now with abs on it. I dont believe in the roid gut, i reckon its just all the food they have to eat all the time

It's visceral fat build up from GH/Insulin/IGF1 abuse... it's a fact.

You on the other hand, just have food gut

Mate what foods are u eating to get your 4000cal?

If u need 5000 cal to grow at your weight, when u look like that and not even doing any intense form of exercise apart from a bodybuilding gym routine, your doing something wrong. What do u do for a job? U dnt look like a hole digger..

This is y it's not just all about calorie consumption.

5000cal... Iv never eaten that much per day even at my heaviest so I dnt see y u would want to or need to.

mate he walks around pak n save with his glutes tensed all day every day. he will also shoulder press any random 20kg or above box of stock to demonstrate his raw strength for the ladies

What spurred that decision on bro?

Well, a few reasons. Back was getting hammered doing powerlifting, probably due to inadquate technique but still, the back pain was too much. Also, I wasnt getting any bigger which is my ultimate goal and in the end, nobody in NZ gives two shits about powerlifting. Sad but true.

Dude wake up, No one in nz gives two shits about bodybuilding either lol apart from bodybuilders themselves and the media when they want to write a story on a drug offence lol.

But whatever you enjoy the most is the best one to pursue.

I know that nobody gives a shit about bodybuilding either. But they do give a shit when you're fucking massive or ripped. I have no intention of seriously competing in bodybuilding

Fair enough. But yeah no one in nz gives either of the two any notice really. But as Tom said you've got to do what you enjoy most. At the end of the day its not about what anyone else thinks its about what you get satisfaction from.

What makes you think I care so much about what others think? I just like being rewarded for my efforts and I have decided that it is a better investment to direct my efforts towards hypertrophy rather than strength gains. Doesn't mean I'm going to get any weaker or anything, hell I might even do a novice pl comp next year to see where I'm at. Just means that strength gains will be secondary and I won't be doing deadlifts or squats every workout if my back is sore.

And bro, I'd be happy if someone told me I was getting too big.
