For what it's worth, I wouldn't worry about body fat percentages too much..

I've had it done a few months ago from two different trainers (both work at different gyms)

One of them had me around 8% and the other had me at 15%. Both did the same skin folds as well. Who's right and who's wrong? Don't know and don't care? As long as I come back to that same person and make some sort of a change!

How come such a big surplus of calories bro?

LOL you at 15%! I've been eating 4000 up till now and there's been no progress in bulk. I had set my goal to hit 80kgs bodyweight by the end of the year and want to make one final push towards that goal.

Mate what foods are u eating to get your 4000cal?

If u need 5000 cal to grow at your weight, when u look like that and not even doing any intense form of exercise apart from a bodybuilding gym routine, your doing something wrong. What do u do for a job? U dnt look like a hole digger..

This is y it's not just all about calorie consumption.

5000cal... Iv never eaten that much per day even at my heaviest so I dnt see y u would want to or need to.

I posted my eats in my log a few days ago when I ate 5965 cals. I dont know, I must just have a really fast metabolism. I have a moderately active job, half of its office work now but I dont even do any cardio. Might need to get my diet reviewed in the diet section.

Ok I dnt read journals really.

That's alot of food if its coming mostly from good sources.

Do U eat that amount consistently? Like day after day?

Yeah, I have a food gut now with abs on it. I dont believe in the roid gut, i reckon its just all the food they have to eat all the time
