I am about to purchase Pharmafreaks ripped freak fat burner and just wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with this to get an overall feel about it as a fat burner. The hydroxycut you can get in NZ hasnt seemed to be very effective for me so i am looking at trying Ripped Freak as it seems very popular. Any opinions.

i bought it as a stimulant after winning a voucher on here, and honestly it was ok but there are definitely better/more effective stims you can get for the same or less $$$.

fatloss isnt my area tho lol so others may have had success with it. 8)

Imo i think money could be better spent on food and protein etc unless you like and crave that stimulant feeling then go for it. In regards to its "fat burning properties" again imo aint nothing an extra 5-10min of cardio a day could be more beneficial.

I have tried this product before and yes i did lose some weight but i would credit that mostly to diet and training rather than ripped freak. Maybe give it go see what it does for you. Good luck!

I tried it once and it made me feel really sick and a little spaced out as well. I prefer to use a pre workout and really get that energy for my gym time and then eat really clean.

I dont like that jittery feeling outside of my traning time either - need my wits about me at work :)

Thanks everyone. I already take a pre-workout, whey, amino acids, fish oil and a multivitamin. Was just wanting to add a thermogenic to my stack. I do lots of cardio on top of my weights and i have a really clean diet. Just wanting that extra boost for stubborn areas. thanks for the advice. Might hold off on the ripped freak for now. Thanks =)

Ok thanks. Yea i found that with Hydroxycut. In New Zealand the actual thermogenic ingredients are removed due to our laws and regulations with supplements. Does anybody know of any effective fat burners that you can purchase through New Zealand?

took my first pill yesterday, had the shaky hands up until 730ish last night. gave me a boost of energy ran for 45mins on the treadmill without realizing how long i was going for. today was my second pill had shakes for alittle bit and went for a run but not as long as last night as i was getting told of by my partner for pushing myself to much.

Also He has tried this at the beginning of the year and in 3weeks dropped 8kgs 20mins running and then did weights afterwards definitely saw the progress when he stopped taking them and is now going to the gym 5 to 6 times a week.

Hi. Try Adrenoboost from Adrenex Performance. Not a strict fat burner but works by boosting resting metabolic rate by 200 calories over an hour, even when you are sitting down. Doesn't have caffeine so doesn't make your heart race or make you feel like crap. Although you can stack with caffeine anhydrous for added effect. http://bit.ly/RzNlAu

Strongclaim/10

Dunno if SRS........200cals an hour???

BRB, off to take 2 caps and sit down for 12 hours \:D/

Yeah it's a strong claim, however, our product is based on a published study on the effects of synephrine when combined with bioflavonoids.

Why did i not think of this ages ago........

Do you have a specific link for this research?... would like to read (SRS) cant be bothered using google search, its too complicated :pfft:
