Hi all, have been gyming seriously now for the last 6-7 months. beforehand i was doing weights and not really sticking to any one routine nor eating/dieting properly. I decided a few months back to not waste time any longer and wanted to get into better shape. I use to drink every weekend and eat crap foods (my poor body!!). I apologise in advance, i cant pose for S**T!! lol i dont know how to?? and unfortunitaley when i started out lifting a few months back i didnt get a back/bicep/tricep shot in so only have one pic to go by, and one more thing yes i know the lighting changes in some pics, i try my best guys lol. i have included a pic that i took in June (red briefs!!lol) around 3 months after a my diet to cut a bit of bodyfat, the other pics were taken last week after a few months of calorie surplus eating :) wanting to add a little more muscle to the frame. planning to start a cut very soon and see what these last few months of lifiting has to show. my goals thus far was to first cut some bodyfat, then add a bit of muscle until i'm ready to cut down again. stats are as follows:

AGE 24

HEIGHT 6ft 1"

WEIGHT 114kgs

BF% ?????

i realise i have a lot of weak points. i never used to think of training legs until i saw the light!! :pfft: also back needs work. oh hell everything needs work!! wanting any criticism/feedback is welcome, both negative and positive, basically anything to assist me in achieving my goals. I realise this is a long road but I'm loving it!!

Nice work so far. Good arms & delts (all 3 heads are reasonably balanced). V shape coming in. Push your legs to balance your lower body with upper body & work those hamstrings. Good potential for a tall guy. Be careful not to cut too hard. Well done :D

Thanks muscle for the feedback, yer i try to push my legs as hard as i can!! I wish i had trained them from the begining especially those hammys and stubborn calves  anyhow when you say not to cut too hard, could you elaborate more around this?? My xp in diet/cutting is very limited. I mean if done incorrectly could this be detrimental to my gains?? Thanks again.

Guys new to BBing can get hooked on the Bulk/Cut cycle. You need to find a food plan that will allow you to grow & train hard but at the same time to maintain or reduce bf. This is the hard one about nutrition. Often its only a matter of moving up calories a bit or reducing carbs & increasing protein to make changes to body composition. Obviously, if your heading into competition your are going to be looking more at a calorie deficit diet but thats really the only time that this should happen unless your goal is to be an asthetic lookalike :D

Thanks again muscle! yes i plan to cut down more BF in sept. However since im not competing in any way ideally i would like to have a reasonable BF% year round preferably 8-10%. After i do this cut i plan to eat just a bit above maintanance and lower the carbs a bit to slowly gain a bit of mass over time. Although i do admire the physiques of some of those aesthetic guys its not really the look im after. a lot of those fellas are skinny looking with a decent pack  im wanting to keep in that 100kg club and still present well.
