Michael (Mike) O'Hearn (born on January 26, 1969) is an American bodybuilder, actor, powerlifter and fitness model. He has been featured on over 470 magazine covers, over 100 book covers, was Fitness Model of the Year seven times, was a champion in judo and tae kwon do, and was a four-time Mr. Natural Universe title holder, 4-time Power Lifting Champion, and Iron Warrior: Decathlon of Strength Strongman Champion.

He appears as the gladiator "Titan" on the 2008 revival of American Gladiators; Michael is the only individual to be a Gladiator on both the original (1989-96) ( as Thor ) and the 2008 series. He owns and operates Mike O'Hearn's Signature Fitness.

Has done 815-pound squat, 505-pound bench press and a 760-pound deadlift in competitions.

Aesthetic practitioners dont perfom heavy squats and deadlifts based on the fear of developing thick waistlines. Looking at this guy, those concerns seem to be unjustified

Well he only did two plates a side and half squats at best.

One guy posted a photo of himself doing curls with a belt on and when someone commented that he should take the belt off, he replied that he didnt want a big waist so always wore a belt in the gym so his obliques wouldnt grow claiming that he was a bb not a powerlifter
