Hi, im 21 years old, my weight is 62kgs and am 162cm tall. I would like to loose weight. Am not aiming for a target weight with the sacles, just would like to be more toned and thinner. This is my starting photo. (11 July 2012).

Sorry for having the photos on side, having trouble with resizing and all.

Thanks heaps for the positivity guys. Current gyming is more sport specific so agility and conditioning sessions, But adding in 3 weight sessions a week of heavier weights and 5-8 reps, and 5 sets. and Bikram yoga once a week, as well as normal sport training. Current diet is just clean eating, however will soon be heading onto the palio diet. I had a skin fold test done a month ago and i was at 18% body fat. Any suggestions on diet to lower that aswell??:) Any other tips??
