Cheaters Pills - worth it?

I eat clean pretty much year round but with Xmas coming, there will be a few predicable meals which will be ....ahhhhhh ....somewhat less than clean.

I know there are no magic pills to staying in shape but has anyone tried those pills which supposedly reduce carb/fat/calorie absorption. So at least help to reduce some of the damage.

e.g BSN Cheaters etc

Has anyone used them (or others like that) from time to time? If so - are they worth it? and also - any nasty side effects?

if u eat clean all year round im guessing yr pretty lean.

so a blow out wont hurt u. will probably be good for u.

thats what im gonna do just eat eat and eat. but im not going away over xmas and new years for more than a coupe of days at a time so ill still be training hard

I have used the fat and Carb blockers after competing for the first 3weeks. They are good and do help the body get use to different foods again but in saying that I still was eating fairly clean but just larger amounts of carbs. So I agree that a few blow out meals will be ok and just refocus again as soon after that as you can. Its good to use Christmas as our meal treat time after a hard out year of training but in no time you will be hanging out to eat clean again.

yes, the best way to do it is eat so much chocolate on xmas that you will not want to eat it again until easter. i usually try to eat about 20 different chocolate bars in one day plus as many helpings of dessert as possible. you may find that gross, but then u wont want it for a long time so its a good idea. try it. people will think u r the man

instead of using cheat pills, just drink a lot of green tea and fibre. it will help u have a really good sh*t
