Just had a look thru your journal I Havnt followed cause it's always just full of how many times you Havnt been to the gym or edited lol but f*ck you gotten strong mate. Dead lift impressive!

whats your squat? If it's as strong as your bench and dead then you should do a raw powerlifting comp you'd do very well. It's a real adrenaline rush too I think you'd like it.

nah my squat is pretty shit. always has been. most ive done is 180 for 6 reps and its gotten worse since then. atm im just going up to 140 and making sure i use good form so i dont f*ck my back.did a 280 dead a couple of weeks ago but could probably do more as i can do 260 for 5-6 reps pretty consistently and i did this before doing the 280.

i might give a comp a go sometime soon as im done with my degree in a week or so and got a job in auckland so moving up there. whats your style of training and goals these days?

hamstring stuff, several sets. also did several sets closegrip benching in between sets of squats. 100x10 every set except did 140x4+100x10 one set. seems to help with shoulder flexibility doing squats which is an issue for me

was pretty average session as had a fever last few days but feel like im coming right now. still weaker than usual though.

im wondering if letro i took then aromasin im taking now have fucked up my tendons and joints though. because lately ive had ridiculously sore back (lower + upper left side) and sore elbows, shoulders, wrists and knees (even though i havent done any leg stuff or deads in ~3 weeks). just always sore and my lifts arent getting stronger when they should be.

having to take ~50mg/day aromasin atm (doing test 900 tren 900 atm) and the letro i took for 3.5 weeks @1mg/day along with 25mg aromasin about 2.5 months ago. reason for taking this shit is because i had glands growing. the letro pretty much got rid of it but started coming back again recently (was using only 12.5mg aromasin/day). growth has stopped (and hopefully reversing) on 50mg/day aromasin. seems like a lot to me though.

anyone had similar experience when using an ai? would rather not take but dont want tits. makes me fucking mad though as my training and eating has actually been good but havent seen strength gains on most excercises

No personal experience but sounds like your estrogen has crashed for sure. You ever thought about getting your gyno removed surgically

yeah would consider it if it was cheapish. even considered doing it myself with some assistance. we would have to research op proceedures thoroughly though. guessing thailand would be the place to go but still unsure what prices would be like. not paying $10k here.

i might give that a go. just dont wana go bald...but now im wondering if aromasin contributes to that anyway.

yeah i was using 12.5mg/day then 25...then 50. now (last 2 days) using raw powder at what i estimate to be ~50mg. got some PEG 300 now so will just make it up in solution and dose properly. under nips would swell sometimes and had bit of growth of lumps again. puffy looking nips too sometimes

did the GPC bench comp yesterday. first comp and really enjoyed it. did 160, 170, 180 and got all of them. was worried id shuffle my feet and get a no lift -thats why I opened with 160 (when i was warming up i did 160x3). still doubt i would have gotten more than 180 (even failed it at gym last week) so stoked with that.

havent been injecting or taking anything for like a week. body has felt fucked and ive felt exhausted. went to bed at 4pm yesterday and woke up at 9am today athough was up for 2 hours last night. still..15 hours sleep
