yeah lol.

anyway hardly been lifting, other sht.

did chest the other day though was good. strongest ive been even though felt sick and weak beforehand and sore elbows/shoulder. not doing squats at all and having break from deads..sore back.

140x6

140x4 failed 5th, hurt my back a bit tryna get it too

150x2 failed 3rd

160x1 easy

170x0 failed, think i could get it though if i didnt do other sets close to/to failure and dropped 2nd set 140. never benched with more than 140 before so was happy to get 160 so easy. didnt even know if i would be able do lift off myself properly

then just gay sht, db bench etc
