yeah gotta keep my body guessing. today i didnt lift but towed my boat a couple of km by swimming. had nicotine gum only til 7pm, then lollies and fish and chips for dinner followed by a fresh up 'big fizz' - fejoa flavour. metabolic confusion

also did back in between bench and db sets. just lat pulldown (closegrip using the almost parallell row handle thing) and bb rows whch im just starting doing (and am weak at).

 

gonna start doing squats and deads again soon with a belt but unsure how that will go as my back is pretty shit still.

sounds like you're falling to bits

nah but i might get couple of x-rays soon. back and sternum thing been gay for ages but now shoulder is too. had about a week off shoulders and benching. go in tomorrow and do chest and see how it goes

Xrays are expensive if you don't have health insurance. I just got my cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine done cost $315.00 health insurance covered about 80% of it though.

4 sets 10-14kg weights, 10-15 reps (did drop sets on later sets where i was too fucked to do 14kgx10)

happy with deads (good enough for a natty). think i could do better if my legs werent so skinny and weak from not training them for so long (very shaky on last rep of 270). will train legs again tomorrow or sunday

Interesting. Better how? And how long had you been on?

less tired. delts not sore, was getting sick of pinning. went on end of feb 2012 til end may 2012. test 500mg/week. did nolva only pct. was shit. resumed end july 2012 through til mid nov 2012. test and tren 700/350 then dropped to 350/175 then did test 900mg/week for a month. did nolva+clomid pct 4 weeks. was shit til i stopped taking. resumed late jan 2013. test+tren up to 900 test 500 tren + ghrp6 + dbol+clen. did test only for all of may 150mg/week or less. stopped taking end may. resumed start of july 2013 (used dbol test tren ghrp6 clen) til now although have run test only for a month twice since then.

so in short about 8-9 months but time off has always been 2.5 months or less

cbf being natty anymore. its gay. cbf even going gym, maybe training like 2-3 days per week (because its waste of time when natty). will resume pinning this weekend, so 6 weeks off. plenty.

 

just gonna start low doses. so test 250 tren 400. gonna try the test lower than tren thing and see if its any good.
