I was really actually worried for your safety, have you seen that programme on tv Catfish? Thought it might have been one of those! Good to see that genuine sluzzas still exist on the interwebz. :D

Trained legs yesterday.

Squat

100x10

140x10

160x8

160x5

140x10

3 sets hamstring curls+leg extensions ~15 reps per leg per set

1 set hack squat machine 20 reps

Just getting back into training legs. Have had sore back and sore knees and been lazy. Got some good advice from Dinah it seems as back and knees feel sweet today. Here's pic:
