im enjoying getting back into lifting, and just staying safe as a natty. was only training at home doing just benching the last few weeks except for the one time i went gym to do the 5 rep stuff. did some deadlifts today up to 220x6 and bit of shoulder stuff

":1u12r2z7]just having some time staying safe, as a natty. eating and training are pretty sht atm, just dont feel that motivated. havent got much weaker on bench though, and im confident i can get my other lifts back up quite fast with consistent training and diet. still look ok too, not in a bodybuilding sense, lost a lot from delts, legs, biceps, but like girls still say i have a good body, lol. not sure whether to stay safe for 2013 or have another YOLO year. Hard to know what to do.
