TLAF starting point

hey guys i've been dieting for 6-8ish weeks now. plan was to compete at the NZIFBB Wgtn show in the Jr's but due to a few unexpected circumstances i am unable to compete this season so this kicks off my off season early. here are a few pics from the last 2 weeks of progress(10-11 weeks out), around 103-4ish in these pics (afternoon weight).

i am undecided wether i will control my bulk (count macros etc) or just go all out. i am going to try to maintain 5x a week weight sessions and 4-5x cardio sessions to allow for more food intake

so will begin my bulk now wih a goal of winning the Mr Jr NZ title next year :)

thanks guys always nice to hear positive feedback. body has been a sponge last few days. meant to be "easing" back into things..weight has gone from 103.5kg last week (same as in pics) to 109.3kg tonight (monday) after training. 2 days of proper eating lol excited to see where ill be at by the end of the week.

wanker! when will it be my turn for rapid weight gain! 120 must be just round the corner! :shock:
