Phedder - weight difference was about 96 down to 76, unsure what my weight was on contest day, after all im happy as long as i look good

Android - Thanks bro! means a lot. think i may have been bit by the competition bug after all - lol! bring on next year bigger and leaner

Amazing work Dan, far out. The transformation is amazing and is exactly what im looking for! Im a skinny, 73kg, 6ft guy who needs to get ripped asap. Im going gym 4x a week for an hour each time. My calorie intake is between 2200-3000 per day to gain an additional 3kg.

Any tips from yourself or Loochi would be hugely appreciated.

yeah I lived in the city for a couple of months before moving back to Hamilton for financial situations. and yes i did get bounced from the outback in Hamilton, who hasnt?
