Great post Hone. I believe even 500iu hcg weekly will prevent degeneration & avoid down regulation. Have you tried 500 vs 1000 as you say you do? 100iu ed or 500iu one shot. Probably at 500 you dont stand to see the the activity with aromatase as well do you think?

2500-5000 for 4 wks seems excessive as a PCT. 5000 in the first week after cycle finishes was the normal PCT restart I thought.

Interesting info on the second phase activity & haslf life of hcg. Not seen that before

Great post as usual Hone thanks for that..... With regards the concurrent intake of Nolvadex with HCG to prevent gynecomastia, and recent thinking advising against taking SARM's with 19-nors, to would you recommend taking HCG with a 19-nor compound..?

Are tocotrienols any kind of substitute or just bs? Toco 8 has been around in the US for a while.
